I’m not the biggest fan of this, but I knew it was coming. Unfortunately, services like cameo have opened up the floodgates of celebrities cashing in on their fans. There are some on there that are charging upwards of $400 to turn people down for a date to the prom and what not. At least I guess with cameo you always have some kind of tangible proof you interacting with a celebrity themselves I guess, but otherwise still kind of a racket.

My biggest problem with this is the pay structure. It’s not just borderline greedy, but it isn’t even advantageous for her because at an affordable standard subscription of somewhere between $8 and $15 a month she would rack in so many more people willing to pay for this, but most people can’t afford $100 a month. She’s gonna lose more money in the long run by not being affordable.

I would imagine they don’t want that many people signing up for it as it would be a lot of work to respond to everyone. This way they get they get the rich suckers and still make the same amount

If you wanna pay $100 for anything like this. You are probably sending money to Nigerian Phone Scammers.

They say it's extremely limited, so I'm assuming they only want a few people.

If it's hundreds of people it'll take up all of her day but if it's only 4 or 5 then it's not a lot of effort.

But still this is stupid. Cameo at least is a video message which is fine. Hell one of my friends got me one at one point it's pretty cool. But this is crazy.
