I genuinely asked for a weighted blanket for Christmas since I had one before which was great for naps, but fell on the floor once, couldn't find it, and got covered in dirt and it is hard to clean those things
And like it isn't fun for your opponents because what can you say for just facing "X Wrestler at home?" For you it limits your writing where it feels less like reading an organic character and more wooden. It's a game in the end, but you limit yourself A LOT by doing that.
Then suddenly you have someone with the same base, same moves as pic base, and a slightly modified nickname and when you read a promo by them you don't think of THAT person's character, you think of the inspiration
The bar can be high. But I will say, once you start to approach writing less as "writing a promo" and more "writing a story" things really open up. Even if I lost my recent world title match (Grr) I have been doing some of my best writing the past year.
