    A crash diet of rice, green beans, and water. Plus a work out routine of a three mile run, two hundred push ups in 12-15 rep sets, 200 sit ups in 12-15 rep sets, and 25 laps in the pool. I also have started a bit of weight lifting and taking GNC Fat burners. Maybe I'll get suspended from WWE for 30 days like Ricardo Rodriguez .
