Good lord that would be stupid for the Timberwolves. That team is still rebuilding with some solid pieces so this wouldn't make sense for them and Pau would be fucked again like he was when he played for the Griz. Would be amazing for L.A.

Speaking of draft picks apparently it seems like Chris Singleton will go to the Suns at 13 which I hope is true after looking at him. Would fit in perfectly.

That has to be a complete BS rumor, hard to see giving up Love for Gasol straight, including the second pick also would just make it that much more horrible.

Thing I'm curious of is who offered the deal cause I just can't wrap my mind around the T-Wolves offering this.

To explain the rumor, Rubio wants to play with Pau. LA according to reports turned down the number 2 And pieces for him, they apparently want Love, 2, and a third piece.

The logic behind that is that they can have more assets to either bolster the team and move Lamar to starting PF or simply attach to Bynum in a Dwight, Deron, or Paul deal as most reports from Eric Pincus, John Ireland, and those guys have them making calls about those 3

Another deal that is making rounds now is Odom for the number 2 alone which makes no sense from either side to me. Would Odom play center next to Love like in FIBA? How would Pau and Andrew play together when both admit they prefer playing next to Lamar on both ends? Who in the he'll is LA that interested in to give up their best PF (Pau is a swing big depending on matchup) and on such a reasonable salary which has only 3M guaranteed after this season? Do they have a deal already lined up under the table and just need the 2 to seal it? How will Rambis and Odom click anyhow when Rambis didn't even want Lamar running the offense in LA like Phil and Tex did, and will letting him act as a point forward slow Rubio's progress?

Psych, the Laker buffoons on PSD are talking about trading Bynum to Minny for the #2, which they can do with the Al Jefferson trade exception. And some of them support it, because, they'd save cap room SO THEY CAN GET DWIGHT. I guess Dwight could fit under the Lakers cap as a UFA if he accepts a Negative $20 million salary.
