Personally, I'm hardly repelled by the concept of a guy in a bit of make-up and some feminine closthes, but if they think the average wrestling fan wants to watch a birdie on TV every week they're having a laugh... Regardless of how flashy his Lucha moveset may be.

I think we may have two seperate things crossing over here.

I have heard this Andromeda character was meant to be played by someone from Team 3Ds wrestling school and has a body shape of Triple H as he was a former bodybuilder.

So I think with the hiring of this...thing has been mixed up with the character of Andromeda

Yeah but according to Greek Mythology Andromeda was a woman who was chained to a rock as a sacrifice to a sea monster. Maybe TNA's doing a retelling of it with the bodybuilder as Perseus (the person who saved andromeda) and Cassandro as Andromeda.

I don't know about you guys, but I respect this dude. He's got respect for the business, a vast amount of experience, and really enjoys what he does. I will also refer you guys to the thread in the Hell In A Thread section of the site where Phantomgerald complains that IWF is turning gay, only to be shot down due to the fact that the very sport that we are watching is two or more sweaty hairless men rubbing against each other and mounting one another for the victory. So acting disgusted by this is pretty backwards logic. I won't say hypocrisy, but it is certainly backwards.
