I've been hyping this movie since the trailer was revealed doing the previews shown before Dark Knight came on. I still have the original comic, and I recently bought the shit Watchmen game on PS3. All thats left to do is see the movie

Movie=????

Nobody knows and thats the exciting part. Will it be shit, or will it be decent? Many people said Watchmen can't be done in movie format. Lots of people are pissed they're doing it, and some are believers. I wanna see it for myself, and know whether it succeeds or fails.

Be prepared to sit for a while. It's a few minutes shy of three hours.

You're going to have that with anything. I'm sure there were some people that were pissed that they were making a lord of the rings movie at first.

I don't even really know what the fuck watchmen is about aside from Nixon being president and the watchmen not really being forseen as heroes. But the movie looks incredible. I could fucking care less if it's like the novel or not.

Movie sucked balls, there were kool parts but overall I wanted to get out of my seat and go roam the mall over watching it. I wanted a refund and got it

I stayed in my seat the whole fucking time. The movie is as good as(if not better)than The Dark Knight.

I am not a dc or marvel fanboy, I tend to like both comics series and I was highly looking forward to watchmen and imo I blew the blue dick shown so much. Watchmen felt dragged out and very slow imo and it tells the same moral story i have seen/heard about a million times. It does nothing new and i honestly still don't know why i say through the movie. It was also jumbled, there was little explanation done and they tried to fit to much in the 3 hours and it turned into crap, if they did in parts were they can explain more and have more in the movies i think it would have been better. but again thats just my opinion.

i liked how overall graphically pretty the movie was

If this was a fan services and they pleased the fans good for them but as a movie for the people who didn't read the comic/graphic novel there was nothing to enjoy but the brief fight scenes and the look of the movie. As for batman, u dont need to see any other movie or read the comics it was enjoyable and understandable just watching it.

I don't care how good Watchmen is. The Dark Knight is the best.
