Legend Says He Doesn’t Deserve WWE’s Hall of Fame This Year

- It’s been rumored that wrestling legend Terry Funk and brother Dory are going to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Amarillo.com talks like Funk is a lock for the Hall of Fame but made no mention of Dory.

The only comment the website printed from Terry regarding his induction into WWE’s Hall of Fame was this: “I don’t deserve the honor.â€￾

He deserves the Hall of Fame induction more than anyone else does in the class of 2009. He wasn't another 'ECW stuntman' but a pretty decent wrestler as well (of course, in his young days)

Mick Foley would be the perfect choice for the induction of Terry Funk in the HOF.

Mick Foley would be a decent guy to induct funk. But with Foley in tna will it happen? Funk is to hard on himself here, he deserves to be in the hall of fame more than 80% of the guys who have already been indcuted.

Ya, it'd be cool for Foley to induct him, but I see why his brother would.
He's not as big a legend as some of the others, but he should still be in, so I guess he's just modest.
But ya, he deserves it... Not every inductee is a Hogan, Austin or Flair.

He deserves it ! He created so many wrestling moments, so many extreme moments, he's part of wrestling history. Yeah, we you talk about history you have to talk about many guys, but Funk is one of them in my opinion

Yeah, I don't get why he gets inducted in the WWE HOF, correct me if i'm wrong but did he do anything notable in WWE/F or was his matches with Flair & that in the NWA? But then again, the WWE HOF is a joke.

^^^The WWE hall of fame isn't exclusively for contributions to the WWE product, it's WWE acknowledging peoples contribution to wrestling; PERIOD...

Otherwise, why would they have someone like Verne Gagne in there who was a competitor of Vince's and to my knowledge never made the slightest contribution to WWE in any way.
