Another HoF inductee revealed?

Saw this on PWinsider, and I hope its true because this man deserves it.

Ric Flair will be inducting Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat into the WWE Hall of Fame in April. Steve Austin had requested that Ric Flair induct him into the Hall, but when word got out, Vince McMahon changed plans.

Of course, since word got out about this, Flair will probably no longer induct Steamboat :shifty:

Still, if this is true, congrats to Steamboat, he's the reason why I started watching wrestling, so I'm looking forward to seeing this.

Steamboat definitely should be in the HoF. This is awesome. Congrats to "The Dragon" if it's true. Flair can induct if that's the way it goes, it doesn't really matter as long as he gets in.

OK, I'm confused. They report that Vince refused letting Flair induct Austin. then they turn around and say Flair will induct Steamboat? Do they think Vince's memory is that bad or something? Why would Vince allow it for one person, but not someone else?

Well maybe he changed his mind on letting Flair induct Austin cos it made very little sense anyways. Or thought that they could induct Ricky and Flair would be a much better candidate to induct him.
