For our young ECW Champion (still undefeated) Jack Swagger?

It seems that there's almost nothing on ECW. Swagger is undefeated and has beaten the only true credible face on Tuesday nights, Matt Hardy, twice. The fact he's undefeated makes any face very weak in comparison, seeing the only big faces on ECW are Finlay and Tommy Dreamer, whom he has both beat. So, what is next for Jack?

I think the ECW Championship is going to become more like a purse. Won't be defended often and Swagger will be making regular appearances on Raw and/or Smackdown. Once Bourne returns he'll be into the title picture to take on Jack. If that doesn't happen, he'll be feuding with Raw lower-carders like Kofi Kingston for the belt.

First, Swagger is no longer undefeated. He lost to Hardy in that tag team match.


Anyways, Bourne should be ready to return at any time, so that seems as the most likely feud, that is until he goes against Tommy Dreamer in Dreamer's last feud.


I wouldn't be too surprised (but truly disgusted) ig guys like Ricky Ortiz, DJ Gabriel or Boogeyman were given a chance to face Swagger.


But in reality, he has only faced Finlay once, so that could be another possibility.

DJ Gabriel or The Boogeyman contesting the ECW belt makes me shudder.

I'd think Evan Bourne vs. Jack Swagger would be kickass.

Even though Swagger lost that tag match they are still saying he is undefeated like they always do. They do the old "he's undefeated in singles competiton" thing

Have him defend the title aginst Finlay for a little while as the other guys continue to build up and as Evan Bounre gets back from injury. Swagger Vs Bourne would alright.

Yeah I was gonna point that out to him about how if its not in singles they count it still as being undefeated. I say have him fight guys like Finlay for it. Maybe even Paul Burchill or Ricky Ortiz. Also seeing how people from other shows can win the titles from other show i.e Miz and Morrison being ECW and winning the Tag Titles from Raw even Kofi Kingston. But wait for Bourne to come back so they can have a short feud and he wins the title off him.

I hate Ricky Ortiz just as much as the next guy, but it is looking like that is going to be force fed to us.

Finlay will be his next feud partner, I guess. Tommy Dreamer will get his chance again.

i see it like this finaly till say mania and hey maybe we'll get a real ecw title match at mania ( sorry but that like 7 sec last yr dose not count) then have tommy go out in style with a nice big bloody feud the ends at One night Stand i mean EXTREM RULES

Yeah fine...fuck it.... I'll admit, the guy is starting to grow on me a lot.
Finlay will most likely be his opponent through the next few months. It looks at if the ECW Elimination chamber is once again getting lumped together with Smackdown's.....even though they're technically with RAW now....huh?
Anyway, short program with Finlay
Tommy Dreamer has his whole "WIN GOLD OR QUIT" thing going down which ends in June. I'm sure we'll see this one culminate in June at "EXTREME RULES" (yes it's no longer called One Night Stand).
TBH, Bourne is the only person right now that would garner any interest in a feud with Swagger so hopefully he's back sooner than later.
WWE is obviously has a hard on for Swagger so I'm sure we'll see him moved over to RAW or Smackdown after the draft.
