Vince McMahon can't possibly win the Royal Rumble match because of very obvious reasons.

No. He was just punted in the head less than a week ago. All other recoveries have taken a month+ to come back from, so that'd be one of the worst sell jobs in history if that happened.

the rumble where cena fought umaga when they "thought cena's ribs might be injured" or something he sold it pretty bad but still won (i AM a cena fan by the way i just cat ignore that) (yes i know its cena but still)

2. People come back from rib injuries the next day and fight with tape around them.

thats not the same. ribs maybe being injured during a match and winning and being punted in the head and sustaining a concution are two totally different things.
