Strictly as manager, Heyman had much higher highs than Heenan. But Heenan worked good with everyone whereas Heyman has some notable missteps (Curtis Axel, Ryback, Cesaro)

I thought they pushed Roman too early. Making him a heel was brilliant but having Heyman turn on him shows how brilliant Heyman is
