-- In an interview with the Peoria Star, Jerry "The King" Lawler said he's seen seen former WWE/WCW star Sid Vicious and he believes he's completely healed from his gruesome leg injury. "To me, he's better than ever," Lawler said. "He's the same Sid he was before the broken leg." Lawler added that he's heard talk of Sid returning to WWE and he'd like to see it happen. "He's completely healed, and there is some talk he might return to WWE," Lawler said. "He could come back and make a big splash." Lawler also talked about the differences between working with Michael Cole and working with Jim Ross. "J.R. and I worked together for 15 years. He is great at what he does. He takes it so seriously," Lawler said. "Working with Michael Cole is easy, as well. Michael is a little more ... gosh, he might be a little more like me in the fact he's kind of laid back." Lawler added, "I always keep in mind, this isn't brain surgery, it's not life or death. It's wrestling."

Sid is TERRIBLE in NWA right now, Flair is 2x's better than him today. Sid will only make WWE look worse imo.

I wasn't watching wrestling before he was injured so I really don't know the guy. All's I know him as is the guy on you tube that broke his leg in a nasty incident. But to me he seems like a tall older guy that really doesn't need to be back. They have enough big guys their now, don't need another 1, that maybe as stiff as Nash.

You reminded me of that leg injury *shudder*

Sid was an awesome heel. He had the height and he had the look. Now though......I don't know if he would be good in the WWE. They'd probably put him up against Kozlov. Both tall, mean guys. That would be my guess, anyways.....Maybe even Kane or the Undertaker.

Sid sucks, I said this last time a thread came up. He always has. The only reason he worked well in the past was because of the times. In a time where big is considered boring by most, he's going to have to really work (like Big Show) work to get over now. I just don't see that being possible.

What's good about Sid is that he brings an "intense" feeling...but his physical performance is anything but intense. And these rumors about Sid returning to WWE have been going around for a good year at least. I think it would have happened by now if it were true.
