I'm sure this has already been posted, but its probably been a while. So here you go, what is your favorite type of wrestling? Hardcore, technical, or high flying "Spotfests"? If I had to pick one, I'd say the high flying X-Division style matches. Sure, the guys end up no selling and it takes away from the match itself, but the things that they do are just insane. There is no doubt that a high flying match is more entertaining than a technical match (imo) and I think wrestling should try and move into a new era of more spotty matches. TNA does it, while WWE seems to be stuck in the technical era which is why their matches are slower paced.

I always have been and always will be a huge mark for technical and submission style wrestling.

It is like an art form to watch two professionals get in the ring and reverse each others reversals and it just keeps me amazed every time I am watching it.

My favorite Submissoin style guys are; Benoit, Hart, Guerrero, Malenko, Angle, Benjamin, Jericho and that's about all for now that I can think of.

I really don't have a favorite. I can really enjoy any type of wrestling. If I can get a mix of all three types, that's when it's the best.

is there such thing as an X Division match? there really are no rules for it, and it's just a combination of Japanese Jr. Heavyweight wrestling with some lucha libre influences.

all wrestling is the same to me, I don't care if it's a comedy match of BJPW.

Never been keen on hardcore wrestling.

As long as the guys can put on a good, psychologcally sound match then I'm entertained... I enjoy the odd high spot as part of this but one or two in a match is more than enough.
