I don't get it. I thought, with this new angle with Orton/Dibiase/Rhodes/Manu, that this would be going on a while.
Remember all the hype?
"It's going to be Evolution version 2", "It's going to be a 2nd gen stable running over everyone" etc.
What happened to that? It took like a month for them to win over Orton, then they are actually with him for like a month and a half, and now we are planting the seeds for the break up already.
I really don't want this. I was hoping they would dominate Raw, and have a stint with everyone holing a title, have soem good feuds, etc. But instead, the whole angle has been like they could break up at any moment.
Anyone else a little disapointed with how this went, and wish it had gone on longer?

Now, don't get me wrong, I know it's not completely over yet. There's still a slim chance they could all hug and make up and begin to dominate Raw, but it seems doubtful. It is most likely going to end pretty soon. And when that happens, I think it was a waste of time.
Did it help Rhodes or Manu? A littlebit. Did it help Dibiase? Quite a bit. But, if they make them turn face, and go against Randy, it goes against all their momentum, and ruins it. And if they break up and stay heel, they still suck.
So anyways, I am hoping it doesn't break up yet, but whether it does or not, they have started the whole "conflict" angle way to early, and the stable hasn't even hit it's stride.

I don't think they'll break up anytime soon. I see Dibiase actually helping Orton and 'learning' from his mistake of interfering in that match with Punk. I do however see them "Orton, Rhodes, Dibiase" kicking Manu out and bringing in Reid Flair to really have a squad. I then see Manu being mentored by Umaga (who will be face soon enough) and the 2 of them fueding with Revolution (I like the sound of that name). But as for your question, it is WAY TOO soon to break'em up. Not enough built into their characters to carry them throught their respective careers. I too hope that the best is yet to come from this group of guys.

i think that this whole thing with Orton treating them like crap will lead to them learning, like SNACKZ said. When the time comes they will help Randy win back the WHC and form this longly anticipated stable

I don't think right now but it would be fitting to break them up soon I see maybe something happening at the Royal Rumble were one of them going to eliminate someone and accidently eliminates a team partner ie maybe Manu over Dibiase or something thus splitting them up and maybe having one match between them then going single.

That is what I see happening but I do want it to go longer I mean with Randy in the mix now he can use them for the titles like HHH did with his Evolution.

Which is really an ingenius idea. Every couple of years have a super over top heel form a dominant heel group full of younger guys and have them pushed to the moon before breaking up and having potentiolly terrific and ever growing numbers of popular faces and heels. I hope they make this a trend.

I could see Manu leaving possibly. He doesn't really fit in with the rest of the group. He could be cool as a face. Is Orton still the leader? Or is it just kind of an allegiance?

uuuummmm perhaps I'm missing something but there really isn't even a stable yet. Yes Cody, Ted and Manu but Orton isn't even aligned with them officially yet. I think you guys are getting way ahead of yourselves. This thing hasn't even begun yet.

^Right, That's what I'm saying. They haven't even formed a complete stable yet, and they are already teasing Orton vs them in a feud.
They need to acually solidify themselves as a stable, and rule Raw for about a year before that.

Nah, definately not. Orton is just motivating them the only way he knows how...by being a sick remorseless asshole. I'm sure we'll see it all come together within the next few weeks. If anything was teased at IMO this past week it was the possibility of Batista becoming involved as well.

^Ya, I made this post a while ago, but I am starting to think more and more now that at Survivor Series they will solidify themselves as a astable, and that this is all just pre-stable stuff.

I still am in love with the original evolution, and really don't want the new stable to have anything to do with that.
You guys can have your opinions, and if you want that stable, fine, but IMO, noone can EVER do evolution like HHH, because as good of a heel as Orton is, he doesn't have that aur aabout him that HHH did when he was the head guy in Evolution.

This definately won't be Evolution 2. If for no other reason I just don't see any of these guys ever being as successful as Randy Orton or Batista did. Dibiasi has some potential. Although a rub from Orton couldn't hurt in the least bit. Don't expect these guys to come out in suits like Evo did.
But definately the odd man out is Manu.
