Mike Adamle is done with WWE, at least for the short term. There is a good chance he won’t be returning.

The word backstage is that both WWE and Adamle came to an agreement that he was just not cut out for the business, so he was taken off television. Many found it fitting that on what was probably his final night with the company, he screwed up his lines in true Adamle fashion.

Aw. I was starting to get into him as a GM. He seemed... real. Like the only GM in the past few years who wasn't insane, aside from maybe Teddy.

Hmmm. When it comes down to it, wrestling is not his thing! He made a bad first impression and hasnt been able to shake it off since.

He's given us a few Adamle Originals that will live forever. By this I mean matches and comments (The Tazz)

Why would TNA hire Mike Adamle of all people, to be their new GM? Mick Foley already has that job, and he's doing much better than Adamle

Whilst they kept him from interacting with the wrestlers too much, I kinda liked him as GM - His straight-laced character was a nice little change from the usual heel/face approach and allowed him to retreat into the background a bit more, but I don't think he had what it takes to make TOO much more out of the roll as and when it demanded it.

Adamle sucked but he had good heel heat! I mean, it was like X-Pac heat but not as bad which means it was still quite good. He was fired and they crowd were cheering like hell! Nearly as much as when Vickie gets interupted! Throw Mike on ECW imo.
