Legit surprised I haven't made a thread of this yet, but this is one of the best survival horror RPG games out there right now, and it's still in early access.​

Here's my current base at the moment. It's a nice logging warehouse outside Muldraugh, but unfortunately it's a bit compromised at the moment with a busted down garage door. I had to jerry-rig it by getting some vehicles to block the entrance, but I'm working on building some walls. I also planted some crops out back by the emergency exit. My next few steps are going to be collecting as much canned food as possible, finishing building the barricades, and then eventually fencing off the whole area. It's probably gonna take weeks to do.

Ended up having to start a new game, so alas. Nevertheless, I built a new base using an abandoned construction site. Stole a bunch of stuff from the nearby town, and soonish I'll be developing a larger base of operations for myself.

A good way to put it is it's like Stardew Valley, Minecraft, and The Sims but in a zombie apocalypse, where half the fun is in dying in whacky ways and the other is building the base of your dreams.

It's in essence a zombie sandbox for you to play around with and mould however you like.

Not sure if they added a respawn version into Single Player yet.

I'm quite sure there is respawning in Multiplayer though. Or can be.

You have to option to make it permadeath, but usually you can respawn as a new character.

Each character you make can also have a limited set of traits based on trait points your character will have.

On a multiplayer server, it depends on what your computer can handle. If it's a really good computer with lots of RAM, you can easily fit 100+ players on a single dedicated server.

Yea... it can be intimidating. That's why I never got over the starting bit.

Tbh its not even like you have to master everything too, you can just play the game at your own pace if you really want to.
