Upcoming Event Points Clarification - All Groups

Okay, so just so everyone is clear, I am going to use this thread from now on to clarify any potential points confution over upcoming events. To start we will discuss the upcoming Championship Scramble Match at Unforgiven.

At the end of the 20 minutes who ever is the champion will be the winner and will earn the normal Speciality Match Points for a win. The other 4 people in the match will earn the normal Speciality match points for a loss.

However and here's the fun part for people who have roster members in this match.....every title change counts for points!! So hope that the title changes quickly and often....unless you don't have someone in this match and hope for nothing.

Another possible event I'd like to address is the Gail Kim situation.

As many already know, I do not award free agency signing points untill the person appears on the roster page on the official WWE & TNA web sites. This has come back to bite people in the ass later when not paying attention to score sheets so to speak.

This has left probably many of you wondering if its even possible to get the jump ship points. The answer to that question is yes, however its not easy.

Using Gail Kim as a refrence. Gail Kim is no longer with TNA. Her last match apparently is tonight on Impact. IF she appears on WWE Television next week, regaurdless of weather or not she has been added to the official roster pages, Gail Kim (and people with her on there roster) will earn the jumping ship points. However, if and when she is later added to the WWE.com official roster pages you will not earn free agency points.

TNA Legends Title!!!

As we should all know by now, TNA has recently added a new Championship belt. The TNA Legends title (although I doubt is perminant) will count as a Mid card level championship. It will not be given main title points.

Also Booker T and people with him on there roster will NOT get points for him winning the belt as he gave it to himself.

Eric Young's Title win in no longer being recognized by TNA. According to TNA's web site, Daivari has been the champion since Sept 14th. And Eric Young was listed for the week he was champion.

Daivari and people with him on there roster will NOT be awarded winning the title points again, since he did not win the title back (and even TNA is basically listing it that way)

However....

Eric Young and people with Eric Young will still get the points. Despite what TNA chooses to put in there history books, Eric Young still won that title that night even if he wasn't allowed to keep it or be recognized as the champion.

2 new updates for Points Clarification.

1) as many already know the World Tag Team Titles changed hands on a house show Saturday night. Unfortunatly I never thought to address this earlier, since the rarity of it, is slim to none. Anyways for clarification, Title changes that do not happen on TV/PPV Events being tracked for points do not count for points either.

2) In previous years Tribute to the Troops show have counted for points as they have aired during the Raw or Smackdown time slot. This year it will be airing on a Saturday. Hoever it will still count for points.
