Got my ticket for Game 2 over at Section 127, same section I sat in last time when I went earlier this year.
It costed us about $810 just for me and my dad to go. I've been in the Tampa/St. Pete area about 4 times in 2 months this year lol
But my dad said it was all good since it's like an early birthday present :)
I can't wait, the place is gonna go nuts! :wavetowel3:

Yeaaaaaaaa Boyyyyyyyyyyyy
Rays win 4-2, I'm so happy they won.
Over where I was sitting, the whole section was going nuts lol
And our row got a free ice cream from the Carvel place inside Tropicana Field which was awesome.
Hopefully we take the next 3 games in Philly and win the WS...

lmao @ the Rays 3-4 hitters going 0-22 in the series so far with 10 K's. How terrible.

Woah, surprised there's no posts in here about it, but, the phillies won last night....

Uh... Is Jayson Werth, Edge's long-lost twin?

The resemblence is uncanny >_>

Also, a baseball (Softball?) song to celebrate the Phillies win.

Well Mr Burns had done it
The power Plant had won it.
With Roger Clemens Clucking all the While
Mike Scioscia'sTragic Illness made us smile

Yeah, it has nothing to do with the Phillies, but I don't care.

I think now I realize that this was probably the Rays only chance for a LONG LONG time to even get close to this again...look where the Rockies were this year. imo, the Rays are a good team, but they won't get back to this for a VERY LONG time...

somehow I see the Pirates, Marlins, Rangers, Mariners, or Nationals going big next year...

The Rangers are the best offensive team in the Majors, all they need is pitching and their games will go from 11-10 losses...to 10-1 wins...

I was right, the Rangers are going to trade 1 or 2 of their catchers, and possibly Hank Blalock for some pitching. I've heard some rumors that the Rangers went to the Red Sox with a Saltalamacchia for Bucholtz deal, but it seems that Boston rejected.

The Marlins are the only real team right now who is in real negotiations with the Rangers right now. I heard Scott Olson for Salty, and that seems okay...but I'd still rather have Bucholtz than Olson. The only problem is that the Marlins are either wanting Chris Davis or Taylor Teagarden, and both of those guys are the future of the Rangers...so there's no way that either of them are going unless the Rangers get a deal they can't refuse.

So far the Rangers have had 5 players file for Free Agency...Milton Bradley, Hank Blalock (unless the Rangers decline to keep him), Jason Jennings, Jamey Wright (THANK GOD), and Ramon Vazquez.

I just read on some sites that the White Sox were considering Javier Vazquez for Salty or Laird. I heard that AJ Burnett is has cut his possible teams down to the Rangers, Mets, Orioles, and Nationals. I just hope the Rangers can snag him. I think the Rangers should overpay for Burnett here. If the Rangers want any real chance of a Wild Card next year, or 2010, they need to get Burnett.

The Rangers are also looking at Brian Fuentes...they really fucking need a closer because every time CJ Wilson goes to the mound, I feel like crying.
