So apparently the MCMG don't want to blade and TNA is somewhat punishing them for not being "team players" What are your thoughts on this? Who side are you on? Is this acceptable behavior? Is no one at fault?

I am not sure the exact details of this situation, but i feel MCMG are in the right about this. There is no sense blading in the low card of TNA. I think if MCMG feel blading is needed or could "add" to the match, then they should do it. However ruling out blading all together shouldn't be allowed. I think it should be save for big time matches and situations.

I'm on TNA's side. I think if everyone else blades and puts a lot into a match, then they should have to. MCMG should stop being pussies and do something other than quick kicks.

Wasn't it that bad 3 on 3 tag match they were in? TNA wanted them to blade in that match? That's stupid, and I agree with MCMG. Blood should only be kept to very, very special matches, not the hardcore flavor of the month match TNA throws to every PPV

Honestly, I think they are correct for not blading. Blading is a big thing, it takes a lot of guts to pierce yourself. And when you are clearly not being utilized very well and are at the lower-mid card region of the roster when you clearly are above the other Tag Teams makes it worse. Blading is quite a feat to do and if TNA expect a team, who really sound as if they have had enough of not being used well, to blade, they have another thing coming.

Good on ya guns.

Safety first.
Yes, blading for a low card match is just insane. A good performance would be more than enough to save the match.

I agree with the Guns. If you need blood to get a match over, it can't be a very good match. Personally if I was a wrestler, I would never want blade.

^ Neither would everyone on the TNA roster but they do it to give something back to the company and help get the match and feud over with the fans.

Why don't we all look at the context of the feud that The Guns were a part of all those months ago. Team 3D and Johnny Devine were set to completely destroy THE ENTIRE X-DIVISION. Wouldn't you guys consider that as an important feud? TNA's Against All Odds PPV (where the match took place) was built around this match so it was obviously very important. The feud and the match actually meant something and it made perfect sense for The Guns to blade in a hardcore match that was set to end one of the most important feuds in TNA

It all depends on the feud itself. Some Lower card feuds are actually intriguing and if blading is desired for it, then blade but I don't know the Guns feud that well. Just don't over blade... like some Triple H feuds.

I say save the blading for when it counts, when you have 8 matches and in 4 out of those 8 matches someone is blading it kinda diminishes it's value. But at the same time it only makes sense if you're going to have a hardcore match to expect some blood otherwise it makes everything look fake.

Blading should be reserved for the hot feuds. Doing it in some random 3-on-3 tag match is redundant. HBK vs Jericho or Jarrett vs Angle, those are the type of feuds were you should be blading. Or if it's fits in with the story of the match, like when Foley wanted to disfigured Orton or to add to the face overcome the odds against the monster heel.

Yeah, and they also had a Barbed Wire Massacre Match on the very same card. TNA always throw in hardcore style matches, it's not like they needed to bleed.

And don't base your argument around the X Division being important when you know full well that it doesn't mean shit these days.

Yeah I pretty much agree with everyone who said MCMG were right. There's no reason to blade just because a few dumbasses like TNA creative want 10 million "Hardcore" moments on the card.

And even for those who think they were wrong...is some BS like this really worth almost a year of burying of the best team in your own division? :nonono:

HBK vs Jericho didn't need blood to be brutal.

Edge vs Taker didn't need blood to show that both men were leaving it all on the line.

Why would that 3 on 3 need blood? It's a street fight, ok, want hardcore, go crazy with weapons, but blood is not needed. You are only mentioning one stip of the match, you are forgetting the other BIG THING on the line: Team 3D would have a weight restriction to wrestle.
