TMZ.com reports that Nick “Hogan” Bollea is set to be released from Pinellas County Jail on October 21, three months short of the eight-month sentence he was awarded for felony reckless driving. His early release is for good behavior. The victim of the crash, John Graziano, remains in a vegetative state.
People Magazine is now confirming that Nick Hogan will likely be released from prison three months early for good behavior. His release is currently set for 01/09/09. It it ends up being three months early, it will be around 10/09/09. He has been in prison since May.

There is an auction on eBay in which you can win a date with wrestling diva Shelly Martinez. It’s legit as there is a photo of her holding a sign reading “Win A Date.” She also posted a note about it on her blog. She wrote: “Hey everyone!! I was chatting with my booking manager a few weeks back about different things that could be fun and excited for myself as well as my fans. He suggested to me that I do an eBay auction and auction a date with me and I thought why the hell not!! If you go to the following link you can start bidding…..oh boy what have I done

Why does this always happen? Nick gets a sentence that doesn't even begin to fit the crime, and now the time gets almost sliced in half? This is what I hate about North America. Anyone famous is above the law. :disgust1:
