TMZ.com reports that Nick “Hogan” Bollea is set to be released from Pinellas County Jail on October 21, three months short of the eight-month sentence he was awarded for felony reckless driving. His early release is for good behavior. The victim of the crash, John Graziano, remains in a vegetative state.

People Magazine is now confirming that Nick Hogan will likely be released from prison three months early for good behavior. His release is currently set for 01/09/09. It it ends up being three months early, it will be around 10/09/09. He has been in prison since May.

Hey stranger things have happened though. Who knows the winner could be Donald Trump, sure Trumps married right now, but thats never stopped him before, and maybe he's a secret crush for Martinez and next think you know we got the next Trump Bride. The up side to that too is Trump & McMahon are very good friends, so if Martinez wanted to get back into the WWE, it would probably happen. lol Okay well yeah thats all very unlikely.

But anyways, Ebay deleted the auction. I was told by someone who was keeping tabs on it that it got up to 18,000 aprox. No word yet why it was deleted, but its believed because it did border on prostitution. Since the money was all going to her pocket as far as anyone knows. If it had been for a charity it may have not been deleted.

Nicks a prick and it pisses me off that he will be out early.
Makes me sick because he has nearly killed his best so called mate left him brain dead. He went to jail and didn't do the sentence he was giving mainly because he is a celebrity. And he is getting out early and will probably cash in on his time in jail with a TV series like Nick knows best(yeah if ya a rich prick who drives fast cars). If it was any normal person with out fame he would have been hammered with a jail sentence and most probs not got parole never mind time off for good behaviour. IMO famous people should do the same time as anyone else. IMO made and example off. Just coz ya famous ya still doing the time you were given.
