What genre is the most hated by you, and actually give reasons.

Calypso music. Hi paced Reggae but not as good and the singers are worse! Prime example, Kevin Lyttle.

Techno & Trance music. Same beat over and over. And over and a simple hook. Almost every song sounds the same and the only dance you can do to it is Dipset Army's Macho Man signature.

Rap(now a days)-It's poetry made by blueberries.

Country-I just fucking can't stand the music period. But i am a fan of Johnny Cash.

lol every one I know who don't like country says the same thing...Its like Johnny Cash is a legend with in himself...but lol I don't see why so many people hate it...alot better then rap...hearing people talk about slapping bitches and smoking dope is not cool...thats why I listen to the old school rap..

Screamo- No matter what the "in crowd" says, it's not good, nor will it ever be good.

Rap- It all sounds the same to me

Rap: All it is is shitty rhyming with a little bit of music in the background.

Not to start anything but isn't that like the same thing with Rock? They singing on a beat made by the band. That's how all music is like. Rhyming and Singing to a beat. There's nothing different about it, it's basically the same thing but done with a different style.

There's a distinct difference. In rock songs, you get different guitar riffs, solos, drum beats, bass riffs and a whole bunch of other stuff that changes throughout the song.

Most rap songs it's the same beat for all verses and the chorus, and that's it. (Eg. Kanye West, even though I like his songs sometimes)

the thing I hate about most rap is that the lyrics are stupid. If the lyricism in the song is good, I'll like it. But saying the same thing through the whole thing without any cleverness is what I hate. and I also hate rappers that have to use a "featuring" in every single song that they do.

I actually like Rap, but a LOT of it nowadays is very crap. The only rappers I like now are Kanye West and SOMETIMES, Akon. But Tupac & Eminem I'm actually big fans of (lol at the fact a Tupac song just came on my iTunes)

And I agree with what HFH. It's just stupid now. It's all about throwing your hands in the air or getting pussy. Or wearing my rollex? WTF if that? It's dumb, at least in Rock songs they do it semi-tastefully most of the time.

I just dislike todays mainstream rap I suppose, as it is repetetive and boring
