Over the last 15 years or so Kevin Nash has been in various gimmicks from his time in WWF as Diesel to being himself in WCW with the nWo to now being somewhat an enforcer in TNA for Samoa Joe. Looking at him now it seems to me because he is not wrestling in a full time capacity he is nearing the end of a great career in the world of wrestling. Is it time for Nash to hang up his boots or does he have at least 18 months to 2 years left in him?

I think its nearing his time, your thoughts?

Yeah, this is it for him. He's also 49 like Sting and judging by his t-shirt the "2008 tour, it sounds like he'll be retiring very soon.

I've gotten the impression over the last year that he's almost apologizing to fans for his booking power in WCW in the late 90's. He's helped Samoa Joe by being his "mentor". I was at Destination X and after the show ended he hung around ringside chatting with fans...cool guy.

Of course he is nearing his time. He's nearly fifty freaking years old. It's not like he has another ten years in him.

I see his career ending up with him turning on Joe, forming a team with Sting, after BFG. They feud with AJ and Joe, and it all ends up with a retirement match, that AJ/Joe win. Maybe that's being hopeful. But it would be a great storyline imo.

I'm a Big fan of Kevin nash.. But he should of retired 3-5 yrs ago.....

I got mixed feelings with his tna run, enjoy his time with aries/shelley and his x-division storyline... But after all that i havent like his run...

I wonder how much tna are paying him to do what he does atm...

I like Nash, but I agree, it's time for him to move on from professional wrestling. His knees aren't as good as they used to be, and he's just not as manueverable as he was more than a decade ago. Ultimately, I hope he puts Joe and/or AJ over, and end his career unlike the way he was back in the later stages of WCW.

He will eventually retire, but for now I don't mind his current role in TNA. He isn't main eventing and he isn't stealing the spotlight away from the younger guys
