AAW is a promotion based in the Chicago land area, ran by wrestler Danny Daniels. It has remained a staple for the independent wrestling circuit for quite some time. I am going to start this BTB from scratch, meaning all storylines will be brand new. The only thing that will carry over from AAW is the show titles, and the roster itself (give and take a few wrestlers I like that aren't a part of the actual AAW roster).

Schedule of shows will go TV/TV/TV/PPV. AAW's television show will be title AAW Breakout. There will be 14 PPV's with special editions of AAW mixed in (different themed episodes). The PPV titles are as follows....
January - War is Coming
February - My Bloody Valentine
March - Overdrive
April - Point of No Return
May - Defining Moment
June - Fate of Eight
July - Scars & Stripes
August - Path of Redemption
September - Hostile Intentions
October - Wicked Ways
November - November Reign
December - Winter of Our Discontent

this looks awesome. I follow the real promotion loosely, and they have lots of nice talent. It's good to see you have more "common" names too, I'll keep my out for this one.

Yeah it's me HBK, for some reason I can't log in over at WA. I haven't been able to in the past 5-6 days. It won't even let me register a new name over there for some reason, it's odd. Hopefully I can keep posting over there. But I just took the chance to make a whole new promotion and have different storylines and stuff that I didn't get a chance to do with my other BTB at WA. Hope you like it.

This looks very Indy, but I'll give it a look anyway. Indy doesn't usually do much for me but I'll read anything twice.

Head over to XCW and leave a review when you get a chance.

Good Luck!

Hmm, sounds weird about WA. I haven't logged in in a while so I wouldn't know.

You have got an interesting show planned here, similiar to the first one you did for SCW with the Rumble. Shane Hollister is definitely my pick

Yeah HBK, unlike SCW over at WA though, I will have my Rumble set up MUCH better, and definitely will be clearer to understand and read. The SCW one was so jumbled that after I realized it, I couldn't edit it.

AAW does have a lot of the same wrestlers, but definitely don't expect storylines to be the same. Just a quick heads up for you there. I do plan on having the tag team tournament to crown the tag champs, and the gauntlet for the gold to crown the Heritage champion.

The Rumble itself is done, I just have to type out the 6 Pack Challenge. I always tend to put a deadline on my shit so I have to get it done. I'm definitely a deadline whore, lol, so expect the show up tommorrow sometime in the afternoon.

The AAW Rumble (History in the Making)

Commissioner Joey Styles comes to the ring to welcome everyone to AAW's very first show, and what may be the most important show in AAW HISTORY!!! Styles said that tonight, history will be made, as a new AAW World Champion will be crowned. Just as Styles went to wrap up and start the show, Silas Young comes out from the back. Young grabs a microphone, demanding to know why he wasn't a part of the AAW Rumble. Styles told Young that he asked a very good question, but said that Young would have to prove himself to be worthy of a high spot on the AAW Roster. Young didn't take kindly to those words, and he grabbed the Commissioner by his jacket. Shane Hollister then ran out from the back to make the save. He traded rights and lefts with Young, eventually knocking Silas out of the ring with a HUGE clothesline. Young pointed to Shane, saying that this wasn't over. Shane checked on Styles, who thanked Hollister for the save. The Commissioner grabbed the microphone and said that before anymore trouble is stirred up, the 6 Pack Challenge starts right now!!!

Tyler Black vs Austin Aries vs Shane Hollister vs Danny Daniels vs Morishima vs Jimmy Jacobs
The rules of this 6 Pack Challenge are simple, 2 men in the ring at a time, with the first person getting a pinfall will win the coveted #30 spot in the AAW Rumble. Aries and Daniels kick things off, with the veteran Daniels gaining the upper hand with a boot to the midsection. Daniels shoots Aries off the ropes, but Aries ducks a clothesline and catches a body tackle. Aries tries for the pin, but Tyler Black comes in and breaks it up. Daniels gets a rake of the eyes of Aries, as he makes a tag in to the Japanese Monster, Morishima. He lifts Aries up with ease in a body press slam, and tosses Aries right out of the ring. This brings in Shane Hollister, who goes after the legs of the big man. This did no good as Hollister got tossed from the ring easily by Morishima. This then brought in Tyler Black and Jimmy Jacobs, who hit multiple double dropkicks, finally knocking the big man out of the ring. Tyler then lifted Jimmy on his shoulders, and launched him outside the ring, taking out Aries, Hollister, and Morishima!!! Black turned around and he was met by a Danny Daniels uppercut to the face. Daniels signaled for his finisher, the Cradle Piledriver, but Black was able to slide out of it, eventually hitting the God’s Last Gift on Daniels!!! Just as Black was going to cover him, Shane Hollister sprung back into the ring, hitting a Shining Wizard on Black!!! As Hollister was getting to his feet, Jimmy Jacobs climbed back in and hit a Contra-Code on Shane!!! When Jacobs got to his feet, both Morishima and Aries were back in the ring, and the three men just had an all out slugfest. Obviously Morishima got the upper hand, but as he went for a double clothesline, Aries and Jacobs ducked and hit a double superkick on the big man, sending him into the ropes, tangling him up in them!!! As Jacobs turned around, he was met with a Crucifix Slam by Aries. The end was near, and Aries climbed the top rope and managed to hit his finisher, the 450 Splash, on Jacobs, hooked the leg and gained the three count!!!
Winner: Austin Aries

As Aries celebrated his victory, Commissioner Joey Styles came to the ramp. He told everyone but Jimmy Jacobs to go to the backstage area, because the AAW Rumble is starting…RIGHT NOW!!! Jimmy Jacobs is just getting to his feet, when the music of Kofi Kingston hits, and we now have our first two competitors in the AAW Rumble…

Jimmy Jacobs and Kofi Kingston kick off the AAW Rumble to determine the very first World Heavyweight Champion as entrants #1 and #2. Both go at it for 60 seconds with various elimination attempts by both before…

#3 Shane Hollister comes out to a huge ovation from the crowd. Hollister immediately gets in the ring and hits a Sugar Smack superkick on Jacobs, followed by a running knee to Kingston’s face. Hollister tries to eliminate Jacobs as the buzzer rings…

#4 is Jerry Lynn, who comes through the curtains to a loud “Jerry” chant. Lynn gets attacked right away by Kingston, as Jamaica’s contribution to AAW immediately hits a Trouble In Paradise on the veteran Lynn. Over in the corner, Jimmy Jacobs has one foot on the floor, with Shane Hollister hitting repeated right hands, but gets caught with a Jacobs low blow, and Jimmy makes his way back into the ring.

#5 is Alex Shelley, and comes to the ring like a man possessed. Shelley hit 3 Shell-Shock’s in a row on Lynn, Kingston, and Hollister. He then focused on Jimmy Jacobs who he set up on the second rope; he then put Jimmy on his shoulders and delivered an F-5 off the second rope!!! Shelley calls that move the Shell-evator.

#6 is Danny Daniels who slowly creeps to the ring, and makes his move, and quickly gets into the ring and eliminates Jerry Lynn, who never recovered after receiving a Shell-Shock from Alex Shelley.

Jerry Lynn has been eliminated

#7 is John Morrison, who took a similar approach as Danny Daniels, as the Shaman of Sexy quickly took advantage of a battered Kofi Kingston, and hit him with his finisher, The Moonlight Drive, followed up by easily tossing the Jamaican from the ring.

Kofi Kingston has been eliminated

#8 is Marek Brave and he gets right in the ring and starts trading blows with Shane Hollister. The crowd is going crazy as these two definitely have no love loss, as they are bitter enemies on the independent circuit. It ends when Hollister goes for a Sugar Smack, but Brave ducks and hits a superkick of his own, knocking Hollister to the mat. Jimmy Jacobs, yet again is on the verge of being eliminated by Danny Daniels, but the leader of Age of the Fall manages to get free from elimination.

#9 is Joey Matthews; he goes right at Alex Shelley, working over his right knee. Morrison and Jacobs are in the corner trying to eliminate Danny Daniels, but Hollister breaks free from Marek Brave’s clutches and actually saves Daniels from being eliminated.

#10 is Ryan Boz who gets in the ring and hits a HUGE pump-handle slam on Shelley, tossing him from the ring easily. That is followed up by Boz decapitating Joey Matthews with a Clothesline from Hell, lifting the lifeless body of Matthews and tossing him out as well.

Alex Shelley and Joey Matthews have been eliminated

#11 is Rasche Brown. The mountain of a man comes in the ring and has a showdown with Ryan Boz. The two trade rights and lefts, with Brown getting the upper hand. Boz catches a poke in the eyes on Brown, and shoots off the ropes, but Brown ducks a big boot and grabs Boz in a chokeslam position. Instead of dropping the big man to the mat, he chokeslammed Boz out of the ring!!!

Ryan Boz has been eliminated

#12 is Chris Hero, and he sprints to a ring filled with what seems to be lifeless bodies, due to the damage of both Rasche Brown and Ryan Boz. Hero gets right in the ring and hits a low blow on Brown. Hero quickly picks up Danny Daniels and throws him out. Hero is also able to pick up John Morrison’s prone body and throws him over the top rope. Morrison is able to hang on though, but as he gets to his feet on the apron, he gets dropkicked out by Hero.

Danny Daniels and John Morrison have been eliminated

#13 out is Matt Cross. Cross goes right after Hero, as the love loss is no secret between these two. Cross hits a dropsault on Hero, and M-Dogg turns his attack to Jimmy Jacobs. He puts the boots to Jacobs, but that is stopped by Marek Brave, who grabs Cross’ eyes and rakes them, temporarily blinding him. Brave and Jacobs put the boots to him, but Shane Hollister makes the save.

#14 is Chandler McClure who gets in the ring and immediately tries to bodyslam Rasche Brown. Brown may I add, is well over 325, and is pure muscle. McClure, who is about 210, tries for the slam anyways, but Brown just stares at him. Brown hits a big right hand on McClure, sending him flying over the top rope in under 30 seconds.

Chandler McClure has been eliminated

The buzzer rings and out comes #15, KENTA. He flips over the top rope and right away applies a Dragon Sleeper on Chris Hero. As KENTA has this submission on, Jimmy Jacobs and Marek Brave push KENTA and Hero over the top rope, eliminating BOTH men!!!

KENTA and Chris Hero have been eliminated

#16 is Josh Raymond. Raymond used to be known as Josh Abercrombie, but has a new darker attitude, one that suits Jimmy Jacobs and Age of the Fall very well. Raymond comes in the ring and delivers a big Lungblower to Hollister, followed by a swinging neckbreaker to Matt Cross. This leaves Jacobs, Brave and Raymond all hitting Rasche Brown with rights and lefts, eventually knocking the big man into the ropes. Brave and Raymond lift Jacobs up and just toss him like a lawn dart into the big man, knocking him over the top rope.

Rasche Brown has been eliminated

#17 is CM Punk who absolutely cleans house on Jacobs, Brave and Raymond. He hits Jacobs with a GTS, that followed by Brave getting just destroyed with a Yakuza kick to the face. He hits a vicious combination on Raymond, which leads to Punk hitting another GTS on Raymond, sending him over the top. Punk isn’t done though, as he is able to hit a terrific spinning heel kick on Brave, sending him out as well!!!

Josh Raymond and Marek Brave have been eliminated

#18 is Egotistico Fantastico who doesn’t even enter the ring during his time. He just poses for the crowd on the outside. As this is happening, Punk is trying to toss out Jacobs, and the two friends, Hollister and Cross are going at it in the opposite side.

#19 is Keith Walker. The man known as “Venom” grabs Fantastico, and bench presses him into the ring. Walker gets in the ring, and then proceeds to bench press Fantastico out of the ring, eliminating him. Walker then goes after CM Punk, and lifts him up and slams him down with a Jackhammer like maneuver.

Egotistico Fantastico has been eliminated

#20 is Chris Sabin who flies into the ring and hits multiple kicks on Keith Walker. Sabin springs off the ropes and hits a running Enzugiri kick on Walker, rocking the big man. Sabin then recruits Hollister and Cross, and the three men hit a Triple Dropkick!!! That doesn’t seem to do the trick, and Punk helps them out and the four hit an unbelievable quadruple dropkick on Walker!!!! Venom goes over the top rope.

Keith Walker has been eliminated

This leaves Jimmy Jacobs surrounded by Matt Cross, CM Punk, Shane Hollister, and Chris Sabin. Jacobs runs out of the ring, under the bottom rope, and runs to the entrance ramp, praying for a heel to save him from the 4 on 1 attack.

#21 was Colt Cabana. Who definitely didn’t help Jacobs out, as he tossed Jacobs over his shoulder, and brought him to the ring, throwing him in. Jacobs was met by right hands by all 5 men. Just as Cabana and Punk were about to toss out Jacobs, here came the next entrant.

#22 was Tyler Black, who rushed to the aid of Jimmy Jacobs. Black hit low blows on Cross, Sabin and Hollister, and was able to break up Cabana and Punk’s attempt to eliminate Jacobs. Black hit a God’s Last Gift on Cabana, followed by a Paroxysm on Punk. Black went over to Sabin and connected with a Yakuza kick, sending the Michigan native over the top rope.

Chris Sabin has been eliminated

#23 was Trik Davis who came in and went right at Colt Cabana hitting him with a spinning back fist to the face. An interesting turn of events then happened, as Matt Cross and CM Punk got into it, the two straight edge wrestlers on the AAW roster. As the two were about to come to blows, they both turned their attention on Black and Jacobs instead.

#24 was Ryan Cruz who ran into the ring, and then was immediately tossed out of the ring by CM Punk. I think he broke a record for shortest eliminations of ALL TIME!!!

Ryan Cruz has been eliminated

#25 was Darin Corbin, who met his partner at the entrance ramp. Cruz told Corbin to get CM Punk, but followed his partner down the aisle and ran into the ring again. Corbin and Cruz went at CM Punk, but Cabana was there to break it up. The Saints managed to get the advantage on the North Star Express, and then simultaneously eliminate the duo. This made it the 2nd elimination for Cruz in under 2 minutes.

Darin Corbin has been eliminated

#26 is Krotch. He goes right after Trik Davis, who was trying to eliminate Shane Hollister. Krotch gets hit from behind by Jimmy Jacobs, and was about to be eliminated, but Krotch reversed it and hit a Krotch-Rocket on Jacobs!!! As he got to his feet, Tyler Black attacked Krotch from behind, and tried to toss him from the ring, but Krotch managed to hook his feet in the ropes, preventing this from happening.

#27 is Takeshi Morishima. The Japanese monster climbed in the ring and hit a back drop driver on CM Punk. This was followed up with a back fist to the face of Matt Cross, sending him flying from the ring. Morishima bounced off the ropes and blindsided Trik Davis as well, catching him with a lariat, eliminating Davis as well.

Matt Cross and Trik Davis have been eliminated

#28 was THE Brian Kendrick who came into the ring and managed to hit THE Kendrick on Shane Hollister. He lifted the #3 entrant and easily tossed him out of the ring. Hollister managed to hook his foot on the rope though, but Kendrick hit a hard boot to the face of Hollister, knocking him out of the ring. The crowd gave Shane a standing ovation for his performance.

Shane Hollister has been eliminated

#29, Arik Cannon came to the ring, and proceeded in a slugfest with Colt Cabana. Both men connected with hard right hands, making them both groggy; this lead to CM Punk charging at Cannon, and Tyler Black charging at Cabana. Both men hit clotheslines on each, eliminating both from the rumble.

Colt Cabana and Arik Cannon have been eliminated

#30 was no surprise, as it was Austin Aries. Aries won the 6 Pack Challenge earlier, and he came in the ring and charged at Jimmy Jacobs. Tyler Black broke it up, but was met with a kick to the face by Aries. CM Punk was in the corner getting destroyed by Morishima, and Krotch was in the opposite corner, trying to eliminate THE Kendrick.

We are down to 7 remaining wrestlers, with one becoming the very first AAW World Champion. Krotch, CM Punk, and Austin Aries are in one corner, with Jacobs, Black, Morishima and Kendrick in the other. Jacobs lead the charge, as he and Aries squared off in the middle of the ring, trading blows. Krotch went at it with Tyler Black, and Punk was double teamed by Morishima and Kendrick. Tyler Black went to eliminate Krotch, but tried for a Gods Last Gift on him instead. Krotch managed to roll through, and catch Black with a surprise dropkick, almost eliminating Black. Tyler caught a poke to the eyes of Krotch, and went to throw him out, but Krotch reversed it, and this time managed to toss out Tyler Black!!! Krotch just eliminated Tyler Black!!!

Tyler Black has been eliminated

As Krotch was celebrating, The Kendrick came up from behind him and threw him out of the ring.

Krotch has been eliminated. Tyler Black picked him up and hit a Gods Last Gift on Krotch on the floor!!!

Back in the ring, we have Austin Aries dazed by Morishima, who is told by Jimmy Jacobs to go to the top rope and hit a flying dropkick on Aries. Morishima surprisingly listens to the orders, and goes to the top. CM Punk then ran and hit a kick to the face of Morishima on the top rope, sending the Japanese monster to the outside, eliminating him!!!

Takeshi Morishima has been eliminated

We are down to the Final 4 with CM Punk, Austin Aries, Jimmy Jacobs, and THE Brian Kendrick. It starts with Aries and Jacobs, once again, throwing rights and lefts at each other, with Aries the one who gains an advantage. Aries charges at Jacobs, but he is met with a superkick by THE Kendrick. Punk goes after Kendrick, but Jacobs attacks him. Jacobs and Kenrick then both grab Aries by the neck and hit a double Sliced Bread #2!!! It could also be described as a Double Kendrick!!! Both Jacobs and Kendrick lift Aries up and throw him from the ring.

Austin Aries has been eliminated

Punk charges at both men though, hitting a double clothesline on the two. Punk signaled to the crowd which one he should go to eliminated, Kendrick the crowd said NO. He then pointed to Jacobs, the crowd yelled YES!!! Punk lifted Jacobs on his shoulders and easily hit a GTS on the #1 entrant, sending Jacobs to his knees. Punk easily lifted Jacobs up and tossed put him over the top rope, trying to tip his legs over. This lead to The Kendrick coming up behind Punk, and eliminating both Jacobs and Punk!!! We have our winner!!!

Jimmy Jacobs and CM Punk have been eliminated

Winner of the AAW Rumble and NEW AAW World Champion: THE Brian Kendrick

The show goes off the air with The Kendrick celebrating with the AAW title, he gets up on the second rope, looking down at CM Punk, who is shocked and surprised that he got eliminated the way he did. Punk knew he was one person away from winning the AAW title, but his plans were cut short because of Brian Kendrick...wait...THE Brian Kendrick, the NEW AAW World Heavyweight Champion!!!

BM: The Rumble, obviously. I don't know how well your writing style will go over here, but it was a good match. You are gonna earn double points from BKB, I can tell. But nice heelish tactic with THE Kendrick at the end, could set up a nice Kendrick/Punk feud

WM: The 6-Pack wasn't bad, but I feel it was just filler

BP: Well, that's the problem, there was only 1, the opener, and I didn't enjoy it very much. Not a fan of those kind of promos, and it was just not that exciting

WP: Also the first one, as it was the only one

AF: Nice first show, even the entire focus was on one match with next to none promos.
