hey guys, as many of you know I was at this PPV LIVE and it was fucking awesome. My voice is all gone from me marking out so much yesterday, it was an awesome experience. I can't use this PC for too long, I have to pack up for part 2 of my vacation (a trip to Florida) so I'll make this short and sweet:
I won't talk about meeting Joe and all my favorite stars before the show, because I'm sure you know what I am going to say about that, so I'll save that for a later date. As far as the actual PPV, I really don't understand why people didn't like it, I'll tell you why. The Petey/Creed match was great, the live crowd was really into Petey even though he was a heel. I was cheering for Creed. I liked the Knockouts tag, it was decent and the real highlight for me was seeing my girl, Taylor Wilde LIVE! I can conclude she is hot, very hot. Crowd was into ODB as usual, and the match itself was good. The Black Tie and brawl thing started out ok, but it got boring towards the end. I joined in the "boring" chants and the "fire russo" chants, not sure if they made it on TV....I hope they did lol. This was really the only low point of the PPV, but it was fun to shit on the match . Then we had AJ vs Kurt, it was an awesome awesome match, I marked out when AJ won and it was just fucking amazing. I was so shocked when the Sting thing happened, and I wonder where TNA is going with this. Sorry for going out of order, I'm just going by pure memory here. The Tag title match was good, I marked out when Beer Money won because that team has grown on me the past few weeks. The main event was yet another great match. As many of you probably already know, I marked out for Joe's entrance. I was probably the biggest Joe fan there, and I showed my appreciation for the Samoan Submission Machine. The match itself was great, and I loved the guitar thing which didn't really go over well live for some reason. I enjoyed it though.
Overall, this was an awesome PPV. Maybe it didn't come off as good on TV, but I really liked it. I had some trouble seeing what went on on the outside at times because people kept standing up every time the action went to the outside, but that was a minor problem. The set looked decent, but I still think TNA's production has room to improve. I should have won the loudest fan thing
Overall the PPV gets an 8.5/10 from me. Only bad match was the black tie and brawl chain match. Everything else was good to great. I'll be back posting full time here on the IWF in about 2 weeks. When I come back, the IWF Podcast will return as well.
