ImPACT is the name of the company that WWE uses to oversee their Wellness Policy. This is the same company who's Concussion Management Program is used by the NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS and NCAA. Recently, WWE sent over 500 letters to former and current talent letting them know that treatment is available to them should they have any issues with substance abuse. Thus far, a dozen former WWE performers have accepted the offer. WWE has also set up a 24-hour hotline with more information regarding their program.
