Kenny Omega will be making his ROH debut in Toronto and Detroit July 26/27.

In my opinion, this is a pretty big signing. Certainly he's one of the top indy guys out there. He's well trained in DSW as a WWE development talent (much like other ROH stars) He's 24, and has a good look to him. What are you thoughts on him being added to the roster? Will he have a new finsiher? Other thoughts? I think he could have a very nice career in ROH. He's seems like he could have staying power. I dont think he's at the top of his game yet, with a little bit of improved mic skills/in ring skill he could be one of the best. Heres a highlight video.

I said it in the news thread, he really could be a great addition to the ROH Roster if he impresses the officials. He has a growing fanbase, and has only made a name for himself on the East Coast with JAPW and PWS. He could be another big breakout star for this year. His in ring skills are great, but I'm not too big on his promos just yet.

I think this could be a better addition than Eddie Kingston, just because he could make his name known in ROH, not being a guy like Kingston who already has a huge resume. I really don't have anything bad to say about him, and I'm sure he'll grow on the "see it to believe it" type of ROH fans.

I've seen some of Kenny's matches online and I'm impressed but I get to see the real deal on Friday when he takes on Delirious in Toronto, Canada.

Kingston, for the most part, is over-rated by the majority of the IWC. Them bringing in Omega for the double shot sounded good. I heard his match with Silas Young was great.

Hopefully he lived up to the hype, will have to watch.

I'm hoping he's announced for more dates in ROH, I think most of the people that saw him last week were impressed. He has so much more personality than maybe half the ROH roster, which should set him apart.

Yeah, his match with Silas Young was only 5 minutes, but Omega looked real impressive, to the point no one even cared about silas young. (considered a local guy for det too) Im not sure, if they booked it to show off Omega, but he was smooth in those 5 minutes, so the point where that first 5 minutes, was better than any 5 minutes in the first half. (from a wrestling standpoint) Nigel/Claudio had a lot of brawling on the outside.
