lol idc if they think I'm dumb I was just pointing that out and agreeing with what LHR said above me...about how people always judge you for how you are online and yea I done it before but I bet half the people here are not as bad as they are online and some might be.


But I mean really we might not ever known really how dumb or smart or cool or lame or crazy or funny or any of that cause unless its a big ppv or something we will probably never meet any of these people..

I mean hell Steve from here was 5 mins away from my house at the Best Buy lol..I told him not to stop here but he did anyway(jk he seems cool) but yeah...I mean even if the person is where you live for a little while still the chances of being where he is...is very unlikely..

So I say yeah its gay and stupid to judge someone online...but I can't talk I've done it before...I mean I use to call LHR a bitch all the time...she might be...or she might not be and really now I think different of her cause now if I need advice or help with something she might help me like she has before..

Simple rule, fella.... Doesn't matter if it's 'vitual' or in real life, people will take you as they find you - If you're only seen to be playing the fool, that's what ya gonna be judged to be.

In essence, there's no difference between communicating over the interenet or in person, the only diff here being that you're given a screen to 'hide' behind. Being seen to be 'hiding' - repeatedly citing anything that's refuted by another member as being a joke, saying "you don't know what I'm really like", throwing around insults that you'd never have the balls to use in person and similar are all immature ways of handling the annonymity you have at your immediate disposal.... THIS is where the accusations of immaturity and being desperate for attention stem from.


(Don't take this personally Blaze, there's plenty of people that could do with taking note of this on IWF.)

there's a difference between judging person and the INTERNET USER. judging members here by their posts is anything but Blue. judging the person behind the keyboard though, is Blue any day of the week. thats what most people who say "the internet is not serious, i have a life" need to lay off a bit...god they piss me off.

I wasn't saying it was right to read a person's posts in a forum and judge them, I was saying that people don't really have much of a choice but to assume things based on it because we really have no other way of knowing unless we meet and get to know each other personally.

You can actually get a better idea of the person personally on MSN because it's more of a personal chat. You can get a good idea of how the person probably is in reality because you talk to them daily and get to know them outside a forum.
