The following matches are being advertised for the August 23, 2008 WWE Raw house show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. It is worth noting that the show is set to take place the Saturday after SummerSlam.

- Rey Mysterio opened up the RAW tour in Santiago, Chile last night talking about the WWE Draft and how he is excited to be on RAW. Carlito interrupted him and issued a challenge but Rey isn't cleared to wrestle yet so he brought a friend to take his place which ended up being Batista. Carlito spit apple in Batista's face which led to a Batista Bomb. Other matches on the show: Lance Cade d. Paul London, Jim Duggan d. Charlie Haas, Rhodes & DiBiase d. Cryme Tyme, Mickie James d. Beth Phoenix with special referee Santino Marella, Shawn Michaels d. Chris Jericho, CM Punk d. Kane and John Cena d. JBL in the main event

Now, obviously these plans can change, as they always do, because WWE always books the shows for as the champions are now, but if theres any changes, they change. However, I actually do see a Batista/Punk feud, and the fact that its booked for them might mean a Batista/Punk feud coming up for SS. I would enjoy that...
