Okay, here is our topic folks. Since this is a three-way debate, and they're usally just agree or disagree, I'll have to post up the sides you guys could take

The Best Wrestling Company right now, in terms of matches, promos and all around entertaiment is-

WWE?

TNA?

ROH?

Debate will end in 48 hours.

Well, in my personal opinion, I think WWE are better. For reasons I will now state:

WWE have many up and coming superstars along with their main event, they can all put on five star matches, the storylines in WWE will keep you interested, so what if they are repetitive they always give you the best of it. They put on five star matches every two/three months. Honestly WWE may be considered “not very good” at this moment in time but it keeps you interested so it has to be good. They have had stages of wrestling which will never be competed with again, the attitude era was fantastic and I can tell you they will have another attitude era in a few years, in about five years the talent will be amazing, they will have: MVP, CM Punk, Mr Kennedy, Randy Orton, Cena, Miz, John Morrison, Elijah Burke, Umaga, Cody Rhodes, DH Smith, and maybe even Vladimir “squash jobbers” Kozlov.

Then there is TNA, who, get caught on camera reading a script, have crappy weddings, poor storylines, WWE rejects, stupid gimmicks and random gimmick matches. Man that was a mouthful, because they have that many things wrong with them I can think of the top of my head. They have a shitty booker in Russo and its just not very good. I know I haven’t said much but when I watch it I only watch it for five minutes.

ROH is also good though but it isn’t well known enough, when it gets a TV deal, when it gets better known it will be unbelievable, the matches may be hard to see but they are awesome with the skill level they have, it is all you can really say.

Verdict:

WWE>ROH>TNA

TNA is the best Wrestling brand.
Why? We have veterans come in from WCW like Kevin Nash, Sting, Scott Steiner, Booker T, etc.
We also have the Superstars from WWE like Kurt Angle, Team 3D, Dustin Rhodes (Black Reign), Booker T (again), Christian Cage, Rhino, etc...
TNA has more active special matches like cage, first blood, no dq, ladder, etc.
One day, TNA will beat WWE every week in the ratings.
TNA has a great GM named Jim Cornette, he managed Vader back then and hes been a successful GM than any other GMs in Wrestling.

WWE has had its ups and downs but it could never be better than TNA. WWE's storylines are good but not as good as TNAs because everytime they have a good storyline going, someone else interferes in it and ruins it. Nothling like that happens in TNA.


ROH is not that good. It has shitty video quality and it isn't known much. It sucks because their Wrestlers are trash because they can't get into TNA or WWE.

Right Ring of Honour is the best wrestling company out there at the moment. I stress the word WRESTLING when I say this, because in terms of providing an entertaining product, with hard-hitting and SERIOUS action, then ROH leaves both WWE and TNA in the shade.

While I admit that TNA has indeed got some great talent - Aj Styles, Samoa Joe, MCMGs just to name a few, but the good wrestling is overshadowed by stupid storylines and poor booking. For example - AJ and Angle cannot just have an old school feud, oh no, Russo and co have to throw Karen into the equation just to make things more immature and complicated.

Aj and Karen's love story is silly, let's face it, and adds nothing entertaining to what could be a feud-of-the year candidate if done properly. And before anyone shouts back and says that ROH has the Austin Aries-Lacey-Jimmy Jacobs thing, at least that is more edgy and for a more mature audience - cheating, sex etcetera... plus throw in all that emo stuff that comes from the AOTF and then you have yourselves a good love triangle storyline.

Talking of mature vs family products, that brings me onto WWE. While going down the family route is an obvious attempt to increase ratings and revenue, from my experience kids watched it when it was more adult-themed anyway - I was a kid during the last days of the attitude era, and my parents were perfectly happy for me to watch wrestling because I'm not affected by things I watch and play. Same for my friends who were also mad wrestlign fans back then.

This leads onto another of WWE's attempts to increase ratings - the Million Dollar Mania. What can I say that has not been said about this debacle? All it does is subtract another 15 minutes from Raw, which means even less actual wrestling. There are two W's in WWE after all, it's just a shame that the 'E' is seen as much more important that wrestling.

This is where ROH claims top spot - not only does it still feature better wrestling with the likes of the Briscoes, Kevin Steen, Danielson, but it has proven to be the breeding ground for many of today's top stars. Half the TNA roster cut their teeth in ROH, most notably Styles and TNA's top dog Samoa Joe, but they have also provided some WWE talent too - Punk and Evan Bourne springing to mind, as just 2 examples. Perhaps we'll be able to add the American Dragon to that list soon, judging by his recent dark match victory.

This is why Steve's argument that 'ROH sucks' because they're wrestlers are not good enough to be in the bigtime, is completely wrong. Not only is Steve wrong, but WWE are wrong to dilute them. I'll have ROH CM Punk over WWECW CM Punk anyday. I'm sure many of you will agree.
