Simple question. Which four wrestlers current, past, or both would be consider your top four GOATS as people say nowadays. You can do separate list for past and current or for men and women, I don't care I just want who people on here think are the greats. I will post mine later

4 overall is really hard to pick and would probably change depending on when I'm asked but I would probably go Kobashi, Danielson, Steve Austin, Misawa off the top of my head. Might do one for regions later bc that seems easier lmao

I have personal favorites, but these are, in my opinion, the most important wrestlers that shaped what I like in wrestling. In no particular order:


Mr. Perfect - Was never given world title treatment outsde of being an AWA champion, was in an era with greats like Bret Hart, Flair, HBK, and other greats who could be figureheads. The IC Belt's most natural holder imo. Bret Hart I think is a better wrestler and should be on my Rushmore, but Perfect is a better gimmick and always fun to watch.

Aja Kong - Big, intimidating, the opitime of a badass. Awesome Kong was the first woman I watched growing up thinking "holy shit, she'd kill anyone", but watching Aja Kong blew me away. Her matches with Toyota are the ultimate battles of david vs. goliath, she's one of the most vocal performers in the ring and keeps it simple with disgustingly brutal offense and an aura about her that is unmatch. Not to mention, one of the best theme songs using Judas Preist's "The Hellion/Eletric Eye".

Dusty Rhodes - "Your Horsemen need to find another planet to ride on, because I reserve the stratusphere for you and me, Ric".
Greatest promo guy to ever do it. Few can move an arena to their feet with their words,only one man can move an entire nation and represent the everyday man.

Shane Douglas - ECW's influence is still felt today through the world. Deathmatch wrestling is now a much more bigger concept with wrestlers like Jon Moxley and Adam Cole becoming world renowned phenomenons. If Shane Douglas didn't tell everyone to kiss his ass and throw that NWA Championship on the ground that night, the wrestling world would be very different. Douglas was a good wrestler, GREAT character, and overall an important figure for wrestling in the United States. Honorable mention is his time with the Triple Threat of Candido, himself, and Bam Bam.
