then TNA should be named Knockout Wrestling Championship instead.
This shows that TNA are having poor products that their knockouts segments and matches are more watchable than anything else they can serve

Sara Del Ray would make a nice addition, hopefully TNA signs her. I do see a new Knockout debuting soon though, probably through the Kong open challenge thing

I'm fed up of the blatant sexism on this forum. It just adheres to the wrestling fan, brainless male stereotype. Which I hate.

Womens wrestling is clearly very entertaining, otherwise why would places like Shimmer and Chickfight exist! The knockout division is making waves, and to be honest I would much rather watch a knockout bout than HHH Vs. Orton round #352, or HHH Vs. Cena go at one more time!

The reason that a female wrestler has never been as memorable as a lot of male wrestlers is because they're never given the oppurtunity to do so! Plus I can guarantee you that names such as Chyna, Trish Stratus and Lita are going to be remembered long after half of WWE's current mid-card division.

And just for fun...

"Super Agent" Larry Sweeney cut a promo (Ring Of Honor) talking about how he was "grooming" Del Rey for the WWE, and she responded by saying "I'm a wrestler and not a diva"

Its probably nothing, but take it for what its worth.

And for the record, SHIMMER (along with FIP) are ROH's sister promotions, so if TNA partners with Ring Of Honor at some point, more than likely, SHIMMER will be included.

I personally think TNA and ROH should get together, I always find TNA more entertaining funnily enough... when they're striving to be more serious and less over the top. (Russo) I think blending TNA's match lengths and style with ROH's talent and lack of lame storylines could work very well.

I actually think that Mickie Knuckles chick is done. I read that on a site somewhere.

You obviously haven't seen TNA's quarter ratings since the 'knockouts' started wrestling.

Sex sells, sex in and of itself rarely carries a show or franchise to prominence. Beer commercials have some with hot chicks in bikini's but they also have funny ones where sex is merely secondary.

Like I said, if women can draw, then why is the most famous womens wrestler, whomever you deem it to be, only 1/300th as popular as the Steve Austins, Hulk Hogans, and Rocks of the world. If Hulk Hogan walks into a store, people are gonna be like ZOMG its Hogan, if Moolah, Sherri (god rest her soul), Mae, or Trish walk the same store, most people probably will go, "man she looks familiar" but they wont get mobbed. If women are such a draw, why did the GLOW show toil in mediocrity for its entire existence on TV? If women draw so much, why did pretty much every territory that featured exclusively women die off? The WNBA cant draw like the NBA, the WPFL cant draw like the NFL and womens wrestling cant draw like male wrestling.

Because they aren't given equal opportunity, feuds, or screen time to shine like that, coupled with sexist blueberries who refuse to watch because "a woman's place is in the kitchen."

No one has said that, at least I've never heard that. So quit going there. Moolah was featured on TV and in the territories for years, she held the title for longer than anyone and was never beat for it. But no, thats not a good enough push. You're right, Sherri was a bigger draw than Macho Man, he was just holding her down. And LAX, man no one wants to see them, they want to see Selinas.

Because only we, the forumers of ImpactWrestling.com, are the wrestling fans of the world, right? There are millions of sexist idiots out there, just as there are racists, terrorists, and pedophiles.

As for Sherri and Salinas, they are VALETS. They can wrestle, but they are nowhere near the level of Sara Del Rey. Women can be JUST as big draws as men if they are given an exact same opportunity and possess skill and charisma. People don't jump up and scream "ODB! ODB! ROXXI! ROXXI!" because they're demonstrating that their throats are cleared up for a Claratin commercial. They scream because they love what they see, and that's why the Knockouts are invariably the highest rated segment in TNA. But if Jessica Kresa (ODB) stayed in WWE, you think people would be chanting her name? No. She'd be a watered down, softcore live porn star. That's probably why you're so deadset against women's wrestling. Your mind has been poisoned by years of sluts posing as wrestlers to take backseat roles in WWE.

Lmao, I love this, you went through all that to put an exclamation point on the fact that I wasn't a wrestling fan when Savage was in the ring, rather than actually reading what I have to say and replying to it. Don't bother responding to my posts, i'm not replying to them any more. Call me when you actually mature.

I wasnt really one either, at least not when Sherri was with him, but I still know my fucking history, unlike you. Next time you try to talk about women and wrestling, know what the fuck you're talking about.

Just a thought. I don't know if they still are, but in Japan a lot of the womens wrestlers were as popular as the male wrestlers (ex: Megumi Kudo)
