Okay so here it is, the momment aparently some of you have been waiting for (impatiantly I might add) These are the rules and guidelines that you must follow to be a member and remain a member of the High Rollers Club. Failure to comply with these rules and Guidelines will result in you being kicked out, and possibly getting infractions and bans as well.

Rules/Guidelines

1) High Rollers MUST only post Betting Events in the High Rollers Club section. (Its there, none Members Can't see it)

2) High Rollers MUST post betting events using the established layout for betting events. (See below)

3) High Rollers are allowed to post a maximum of one Betting Event a Day. And may only have a maximum of 5 unsettled Betting Events at a time. This means that reguardless of what stage your 5 events are in, you may not post a new one until one of the 5 you have has been settled and paid out.

4) High Rollers will only post events that are fair. For example, I can not post who will be the first person to bet, Bet on myself first then pay it out right aways. If you are unsure if your event will be conisdered fair or not you must then check with me first.

5) High Rollers will not post Betting events for Matches for Live WWE or TNA or any other pre-taped wrestling match in which spoilers would give away an outcome.

6) High Rollers will not post Betting events for NBA, NHL, NFL, CFL or MLB All-Star Games, Playoffs or Championships. (Regular Season games and other leagues are fair game)

7) High Rollers MUST be honest when setteling and paying out an event.

More rules may be added in the future in which will be update here and I will post to bump this thread.

How to sign up

I am deleting all current requests to join as of right now (except the person who I am using as a good example). All requests must be ligit requests with the reason filled out. And the reason must be a good one.

An example of a Good Reason.
Well I am a big fan of the vBookie section and I am Australian so I could make Australian Foot ball Betting threads for fellow aussies and just other threads. I feel I am quite respected on the forum and have the trust you would probably need for it.

An example of a Bad Reason.
Can i Join :)

You must also be known. For example if I notice your not active in the Betting Zone. Not going to happen. If you are new to the forum, not going to happen. Basically I reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone I feel like. That doesn't mean you'll never get in, it just means, you ain't getting in now.

How to Post a Vbookie Event

Start by creating a new thread as always. The Subject Line must Read "High Rollers Event | 6-29 | Lakers vs. Celtics" as an example. The Date in the example 6-29 should be the date of when Bets will be accepted by, and the Lakers vs. Celtics would be what your event is about.

Before hitting submit....
0001.jpg

Then click submit.

0002.jpg

Fill in this Field Every Time with "High Rollers Event"

0003.jpg

This field will be the question or event that is being bet on and should always be followed with "High Rollers Event" in brackets

0004.jpg

If there is more then 2 outcomes you want change the number and click the update button

0005.jpg

Fill in the outcomes and the odds. The Odds should always be 2 to 1

0006.jpg

Fill these in till the date and time that Bets will be accepted till. (for example before the opening tip off)

0007.jpg

Unclick the Same as Accept Bets Until Date. Fill in the date and time for when payouts will be made. (for example when the game ends). Change time zone if needed, if its a local event and you are using local times.

0008.jpg

Unclick this as well. People should only be allowed to bet on one outcome.

Any questions can be asked here.

Oh.....if for whatever reason too many High Rollers are not following the rules I have laid out, I will put an end to this.

BTW: PMing me a good reason doesn't count. Specially since I usually check memberships before reading PM's. When you click to join there is a spot to fill in a reason. Put it there.

i didnt understand this statement:
High Rollers MUST only post Betting Events in the High Rollers Club section. (Its there, none Members Can't see it)
Does it mean that only high rollers can bet on threads "high rollers" created?

If thats true, then lets say 5 people bet on every thread? what about activity? please explain this point as i didnt get that. sorry.

yes, High Roller Events can only be bet on by High Rollers because only High Rollers can see that section. (well Admins too, there kinda like automatic High Rollers) The activity on most non WWE or TNA Betting events as it is is almost non existant to begin with. Its the reason why no NBA section, or NHL betting section has ever been created. Because as much as people demanded it, only 4 to 5 people would bet on it anyways. So the activity on High Rollers won't be any worse then that of the NBA Finals which for the record recieved 13 bets (which is actually a record I think for non wrestling) and there are about that many High Rollers already. So assuming everyone is active in High Rollers again the activity will be about the same. And if your not active, you will be removed from the group.

The statement you quoted though was more of a warning, that if I see any High Roller posting vbookie events outside of there designated section they will be kicked out as well....and btw, I can see those right aways so don't do it.

Why is it that when I am making one, I make the time for the bets to close it goes back an hour automaticly and it does it with the pay out time too...whats up with that?

time zone difference? I don't know

anyways, here are a couple more examples of stuff I won't accept.

I believe I can contribute alot to this section as I think it would be an honour to join and help out the high rollers.

^^If I didn't accept you the first time don't repeat your reason cause its still not going to get you in. This tells me nothing. Because everyone should be joining to contribute. Tell me how. And an honour to join? Sounds too much like ass kissing to me.

I stated the reason via PM

^^again I believe I already stated that I don't want reasons in PM.

The betting on here is pretty fun, Please let me join, I want to win some vcash!! :)

^^We know its fun, thats why we bet. And of course you do. This tells me nothing.

Well, I love betting and I feel that this group will be awesome. Vcash is stylish and I love your recreational zone. I'll be as active as I can in this group man!

^^Again we already know this and everyone feels this way. And everyone should be active in this group. Telling me your going to be is not a good reason to allow you to join.

Pretty sure that's because of daylight saving.

Huh so that's why I didn't get let in? I thought "Because I'm white" was a great reason.

now i figured out that i have this query about betting. If i selected the time of paying back for example as 9pm. And im not online at that time.. so how it is going to pay back the amount without responding to the bet as who won the match?

and my second question is.. how to modify the bet as which optional field won the betting when the match is over?

you yourself physically have to go settle the payout. If you don't it just sits there until it gets done. The payout time is just a way of telling people it won't be done before that time.

As for actually settling it, all you have to do is go into the thread after the payout time and you will see check boxes next to all the options. You check the winner and then click settle bets. The program takes care of the rest.
