2023 WS Fantasy NASCAR Discussion Thread

Ladies & Gentlemen, I'll be running a Fantasy NASCAR League from NASCAR Fantasy Live this season.

The league is exclusively only for the Cup Series.The format of the draft is you pick five starting drivers and pick a driver for the garage. Each driver has 10 uses, so it's suggested to be chosen wisely, especially on tracks where there are big wrecks, like Daytona and Talladega. As for your garage pick, you can swap out your drivers just in case something happens to their car or driver. You can swap them out at anytime before the Final Stage, which the garage is locked, preventing you from swapping out your driver. There's also bonus picks where you pick from two drivers, who you think will have the best finish, to earn more points. It's all very simple folks. The person with the most points at the end, wins the contest, plus bragging rights and a banner, made by yours truly.

Unfortunately, everyone's available to set their roster on February 14, five days before Daytona 500. I'll remind everybody to set their roster before it locks.

Now that I’m joined in it makes more sense to me. We pick our 5 drivers for every race it seems like. Because I was confused on how we get 5 drivers but they only can be used for 10 races But yeah, if it’s like for Daytona pick 5, then the next race I pick 5, etc, it makes sense and that’s how it seems it is. Cool. Yeah gotta sometimes probably use some lower tier drivers and hope to get a good finish from them, and helps to know who’s good at what time of tracks.

Do you know if it’s first come first serve for drivers? Or could we all pick say Kevin Harvick for one of our drivers?

I'm usually never good at explaining the rules and stuff.

But yeah, you can pick any drivers for the race.
