Diamond Dallas Page is an Orton fan

It brought me back to June of 2002 when I called Randy Orton and told him I was going to retire and I told him I wanted him to take my Diamond Cutter finish…he was so respectful he said “No Diamond, that is yours, you came up with thatâ€￾ and I said “Randy, I don’t want some Jabroni ripping it off…I want you to keep it going and take it to another levelâ€￾...and he has. I believe someday Randy will become the biggest baby face in the company.

This should squash the rumors that DDP is pissed at Orton for using the Diamond Cutter.

Its also interesting that DDP think Orton will be the biggest babyface in the company. I tend to agree with him, but I know a lot of you don't.

A Stone Cold type face maybe, but never a babyface. The character doesn't fit, and Orton himself has said he'd be terrible at it.

Orton needs a history lesson though; Johnny Ace came up with the cutter. And besides, plenty of people use some kind of cutter besides Orton. DDP needs to take a look at the Hardys, the Dudleys, Homicide, Tommy Dreamer, Chuck Palumbo...

Yeah I don't see Orton becoming the biggest babyface in WWE, if anything he'll be a tweener and he might be decent at that but as a full blown babyface I'd think he would majorly suck at it just like he did in 04’.
