ok, here we go. you can each submit an argument and decide which you are. if monk says pro then jazz will be con. and then after 1 post each you both can argue with a further 2 posts. so in all 3 posts will be given by each. of course you dont need to post more than once if you dont feel like it. but the 5 judges will rate accordingly.

Monk vs. jazz starts NOW1

EDIT: Damn it, forgot the topic, its will WWE ever consider TNA a threat.

starts now.

Will WWE ever consider TNA a threat?

In my opinion WWE will never consider TNA a threat. There are too
many factors Vince McMahon and the WWE have on lock for them ever
to be able to ascend to the level where they would be considered a genuine
threat to The WWEs monopoly on the business. Lets take a look
at some of factors in depth.

* On WWE.Com there are advertisements for TNA news etc. I can hardly think that the WWE seems them as a threat if they are willing to give them advertisement space on their own website. You could consider it the virtual means of turning your back on somebody. Ex- ' You cant do anything to me, so therefore I am willing to let you into my space, and do what you may, I am not threatened,or afraid that you can do anything to hurt me.' In other terms, the WWE is comfortable enough in its superiority that it can offer its website and fan baseas a means of advertisement to TNA without fear.

* WWE also is secure in the fact that TNA has of yet to produce any superstars big enough in their own right to obtain a role outside of the wrestling spectrum. WWE can, has, and will continue to spotlight their biggest attractions, and not just in the wrestling industry. WWE has its own film company, and although to date none of their films can be considered a success in that arena, they HAVE succeeded as vehicles to get their main talent into the public eye. Also, some of the biggest names, names that people, young and old, have always associated with wrestling, such as Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, etc are known to be affiliated with WWE. There is no names in mainstream entertainment associated back to TNA.

* The best example of the next factor of my argument is WCW. The WCW, and now TNA used WWE headliners that were unaffliated with WWE at the time, and used them as their main event talent. They had their own up and coming superstars as well, but never the less, put the other 'known' people, wrestlers who already had an established reputation with the WWE, in the main event picture. Using the up and comers they may have bounced storylines off of each other, most cases probably unintentionally, or unknowingly, trying to use each others ideas to capitalize over the other company. WCW was trying to make their own storylines using WWF superstars, however, the WWF ultimately had the better material because of the freshness of the superstar being used in the angle, sure the angle may have been seen before, but the superstar and his personal twist on it had not, thus making the storyline more effective, and ultimately went farther then anything WCW and/or TNA could use with talent affiliated with another company. And theoretically, in the event that WWE ever did feel threatened, it is within their means and power to swoop in and recruit all and any of the talent that TNA has accumulated, because coming from a stronger base and standpoint, they could offer any of the TNA wrestlers more money, recognition, and exposure that even being in the Main Event of TNA cannot rival.

I'll be back to add more points to this after I get a response from you Monkey.

Thank you kindly sir.

But yeah, I'm out of this thing. I just had the opportunity to look at the other topics, and they're all wrestling. Which is really weak. So yeah, I'm out.

But if you want a real quick synopsis of what I would've said here ya go.

TNA is not a threat at the moment. However can be by offering what the WWE does not. X-Division, knock outs, etc. They do these things well, but shoot themselves in the foot by also trying to be like the WWE too much at times. The WWE doesn't care about TNA, TNA however cares too much about the WWE. TNA can be very successful if they focus on what made them different initially, and if they'll just ignore the fact that the WWE even exists and put all their focus into their own product.

I would've expanded further upon this but again, I'm not wasting my time.

Nothing personal to you of course, Jasmine. But if perhaps an idea such as this wasn't executed by a 13 year old with a hard on for wrestling then it would've been interesting.

Its my own fault. I really should know better by now. Pretty much only This Guy creates tournament bits even worth playing in.
