Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle just wrestled the worst match I've seen since Chris Harris-James Storm in a Blindfold Match. IT WAS A FUCKING MMA MATCH! If I wanted to see MMA, I would tune in to UFC or P.R.I.D.E. I tune in to TNA to see wrestling.

TNA, you've dissapointed me on a PPV for the first time since the weekly PPV era. Shame on you.

^^^Uh, were you on crack during the match? Because first half of it, yes it was MMA, but then they began doing better and turned out to be a great match. Worst match since Blindfold of last year, huh?

You remember Vince McMahon vs. Old Yeller "Street Fight" or as I call it, Two old men playing dice. Anyway, U see their match from a couple weeks back? U think that was better than Angle/Joe??? Or U thinkHornswoggle/Khali was better than Joe/Angle? Hell, U think The Pudding Bowl Match at ONs last year was better than Angle/Joe? If U do, then you are THEE dumbest man alive. Period, son.

I did not watch Lockdown, as I thought it would be subpar, and from reports it was. I haven't heard too much good for the Joe vs Angle match either, but I guess I can't really judge

the match was good, very good for me, but it wasnt as epic as i thought it should have been, i was fine with the mma style of it, it just needed a little more wrestling i think, but i was happy with the clean finish i just think it needed to be more dramatic

They should have stuck with MMA or Wrestling. Not both. Its kinda pointless to do a MMA match one minute, then the next they are jumping on the ropes.

I feel bad for Joe, he's been working for a while to win the title, and to have him win it like that, is just bad.

Well this guy is obviously a person who can't watch a show without being over critical and he tries not to enjoy a show and pick out some bad stuff.

i thought the angle vs joe match was awesome. i liked the mixture of the MMA styles and im not even a MMA fan.

It was a mixed styles match and I found it pretty good in the start. Although they should have used less "wrestling" if they were involved with MMA the match wasn't really that bad.

I agree with Montana. If you're going to do MMA, then do that. Changing things up mid-way just frustrates the fans. The thing that annoys me a bit is that if this had been a wrestling match from the start, it would be a MOTY candidate.

The actual wrestling was great, but the overall match was bogged down due to the MMA influence.

The cage match concept finally hit me to why they would have the rematch at lockdown, it gave it the MMA feel to the match. I haven't seen the match yet, so I won't judge. But if TNA does this with most of their matches from now on like a report I read, that would be a disaster.

It wasn't a terrible match, it was just boring for most of it. I am guessing this was Kurts idea since he came out in a MMA style clothing and Samoa Joe was in his normal gear. What happened to both being barefoot ?

^^ Joe probably didn’t want to show off his cankles so he just stuck to his normal stuff.

I downloaded the match this morning (along with Lethal Lockdown) and I must say it was THEE worst match this two had to date. I know Angle is dreaming of becoming a big MMA star and wants to show everyone his amazing mat-wrestling abilities but doing it at a PRO WRESTLING event is not the place for his “talents” to be showcased.

I guess i oculd see how some foyou could say that parts of this match was boring because it reminded me of danielson vs nigel at driven which people seemed to love and i just thought it was boring. but i get why they loved it because those 2 were such big rivals. and thats how i saw this match. sure the matches was slow at first but IMO it builded really good with angle going after the leg of joe and i thought the announce team did a pretty good job at selling that.

I talked about this when I gave my opinion on Lockdown. I thought the match was amazing, not only did Joe finally win the World Title, but the match had an amazing build up, it started out slow then they eventually really got into it and Joe and Angle mixed MMA and Pro Wrestling together perfectly.
