TNA sent out a mobile alert to their subscribers that they are interested in signing Frank Trigg to an announcer contract for commentary and analysis. Trigg is said to be a big wrestling fan and will be at Lockdown to add some insight on the commentary during the Joe vs. Angle match.

For those unfamiliar with Trigg, he has fought for UFC and PRIDE among other MMA organizations with a 16-6 win-loss record. He is currently a color commentator for PRIDE and is hosts an MMA radio show.
I don't follow MMA, is this guy any good at anything?

I think they need a new commentator but it shouldn't be anyone from outside wrestling buisness

Frank Trigg got rave reviews for his initial outing with the company. He was on the live Impact and the company felt that he did a great job on commentary. He has been asked back to commentate the Samoa Joe vs. Kurt Angle match at Lockdown. There is even talk of bringing Trigg in as a wrestler with an MMA gimmick. Trigg is in good shape and can talk, which has the company interested.
Yaay?
