They don't allow that in school though do they? Like they are trying to allow this in school? Forcing people to call them by their chosen pronouns and all that? Parents should have the say whether their children are exposed to such stuff. They shouldn't teach anything about it or acknowledge it in any manner. The topic does not belong in school.Like in the same way kids are influenced(and forced) to go to church and not make the choice on their own?
It's all about control.Judge Juicy said:why do people - that don't even have any kids care so much about what happens in school?
FIFYWar Pig said:Once again, a reply for Dak that he'll want see. They actually do allow Christianity to be taught especially in Red States, this is common knowledge. They are trying to learn it in school because it is something people need to learn or at least get a basic grip of. "Forcing" is a bullshit word and you know. It is no different than being forced to a conversion camp, or any other evil thing that fits in there. You know what else doesn't belong in schools? Religion in general since it all a bunch of fiction written by nerds who wanted power. And if your kid being thought to use someone's pronouns is offensive you then not only is that some childish shit, but also you keeping the cycle of hate alive.
I get that, and it's easy for me to see how harmful that is to discussion as I've witnessed it plenty. At the same time, it's hard to tell gay and trans people that it's "not an optimal way to discuss" when their literal existence is what's being attacked. But you're 100% right, I've seen people willing to listen instantly get insulted because religion as a whole was attacked and then they see it as "you vs my religion" instead of "understanding your cause and reconciling with my faith" if that makes senseJudge Juicy said:and i say this - because when I was less progressive. People telling me stuff like religion is just fiction or something of that matter, would just instantly make me want to build a wall and double down.
I understand that, and I have no problem with people being religious. When it starts affecting me or others in a great number is when it becomes a problem because I acknowledge the good religion can do and have meet religious people who don't fit into his mindset. Specifically, where I live at now, they abide by the same ideas a Dak.not everyone that is religious, follows the Dak Protoype
