As reported earlier, Marcus Cor Von was let go on September 19th to deal with personal issues stemming from the death of one of his family members. WWE continued to pay the downside guarantee on his contract despite the fact that he had not been seen in several months.

Reports have surfaced that TNA may be interested in bringing him back. A TNA return could be a better option for Cor Von as the company features a significantly lighter work schedule which would be a five day a month minimum.

After reading that do you guys think TNA should resign the Alpha Male I mean with TNA light working schedule, Samoa Joe possibly leaving this could be the perfect opportunity for Monty Brown to go the top. I know he is a former WWE superstar but to me he will always be a TNA original and I hope he can finally brake through to the main event.

Yes, definatly. I was extremely dissapointed when TNA released him and he went to WWE, Monty Brown is a guy who could be trained up to be a top class main eventer with tonnes of charisma. TNA just need to use him properly, come the end of this year, it's probable Sting will be leaving. They NEED to progress more guys to main event status, including Messias and Christopher Daniels. I would pick Monty Brown as my third push.

HE would be a good signing, but he did leave his contract run out and made the jump to WWE because they wouldnt put the title on him. So if they were to resign him they would have to give him the title or i dont think he will sign

Most definetly. He was a main freakin eventer, and was great on the mic as well as in the ring. O, and I almost forgot that his gimmick was amazing. I mean, why would anyone want him in the WWE? Why would he want to go back to the WWE? He didnt do shit. They wouldnt let him talk or do shit. His wrestling quality was also down. What a suprise.......

No they shouldnt because the WWE released him so that he can take care of his family and i think that as soon as everything is fine in his family Vince will resign him and use him a lot more

I'm pretty sure that Monty Brown asked for his release from TNA from the get go. He was complaining of not being used properly, and openly said that he would go to WWE in a heartbeat When he did quit, they picked him up.

Knowing TNA they will resign him. He wasn't that big of an impact in ECW, and probably would slip right back into the role he was in on Impact, so it'll probably be a lock that he'll be back jobbing to the main eventers....

It would be best for him, best for fans, but most of all best for TNA. TNA has been needing a home grown main eventer for awhile now ever since Samoa Joe became a huge disappointment. Monty Brown has a positive history with TNA besides that little fallout both sides had when Brown left. The Alpha Male in TNA would be great, he is great for promos, great in the ring, plus the guy is stacked, he looks and acts like a full fledged main eventer and he has the action to back it up.

I think yes and no.

Yes b/c he would be great at TNA, and the fact I knew him better as the Alpha Male.

NO b/c he already left the 1st time, and I wonder what that will do with the other stars not getting face time as it is.

Honestly, I hope TNA resigns Brown. He had great charisma and showed that everytime he picked up mic. Also, he did a good job with his in ring work and has a good moveset to boot. If any company he can work for now it would have to be TNA.

Besides, like the WWE, he wouldn't have to worry about NOT being able to use any past gimmicks. I'm thinking back in TNA, he would have more control over his character.

^^^A-Man once again pulling through with the greatest sigs in the history of IWF, don't know if you can top Jeff Hardy Buttsecks though, lol

if only TNA could come through this time with the promised title run, unlike his last deal, srry for the fans, but god damn you christian cage for taking Brown's title run!

Theres a reason for moving to 2 hours you know?

Yes I'm well aware of the 2 hours, but signing brown can impact another wrestler's face time.

Plus if I'm Monty Brown I'd be demanding guaranteed money whether or not he's performing on impact. This way if he doesn't appear on impact one week, he doesn't have to worry of not getting paid. I believe that is one of the reasons why he left in the 1st place b/c they were moving to not giving him as much air time as originally promised in addition to all the other politics he was dealing with.

At the current moment I think Monty Brown should stay out of the professional wrestling business until he figures out the problem he has with his family. After that then yes TNA should sign him. But does that mean they will?
