I know it is late but I think this is a great sport to watch and to play so come on talk I will start.

Do you think Englands squad is strong enough this year for the Australians or has it weakened?

Last year england was an very weak side although they won the one day championship in australia...

But i think losing ashes series 5-0 to australia......

There test gaming has gone better they lost the 3 test match series to india 1-0......

At the Moment there coming 2nd in test ranking (aussie first 141) eng 2nd 111. with india and S.lanka is 3rd.

One day rankings
coming 8th on 101... (bangladesh 9th.) W.indies is one point ahead of them..

there recent form

England defeated W.indies in 4 test series 3-0 (sidebottom, Monty, Collingwood, pietersen, cook, prior were there best)
england n w.indies drew 1-1 in 20/20
W.indies bat england in 1 day series 2-1
India Defeat england 1-0 (sidebottom, anderson, monty, pietersen were great).

i think england got a few decent players building up such as Prior new keeper, Sidebottom excellent bowler for them.. should of been with them in the ashes....

But the problem with england is there county side.. there too busy business getting other top country players in those sides, inwhich they should get more english bound Players for the.. in which could turn the players strong and could build an great england.. side.

but australia will smash them again in the next ashes

England rides on 3 musketeers, Flintoff,Pieterson and collingwood..they have to perform well in ODI's..they played poorly in the WC..India,well..i dont know..i have always believed in one thing..On any given day,India can beat anybody and anybody can beat India as well..

for the ODI's,i think after the test series,India r favs to win the ODI series as well..

they should..i dont think England r that good ODI side..they do have players,mind you but somehow they dont perform as they should in ODI format..i'am excited about the T20 WC in south africa..think it will be a great show! i would love south africa to win cause am a big fan of south african side..

India would be my 4th Pick.. but i think South Africa will domiant the 20/20.. Them and NZ are 2 sides that can beat Australia alot more than any other team in the past 5 years.....

the series between India and England is tied at 1-1 now in the 7 match series..yesterday night watched the 2nd match..it was a thriller..here r the scores : India ( 329/7 in 50 ovs - Tendulkar-99, dravid-92 n.o ), England ( 320/8 in 50 ovs )..its gonna be a even contest from here on..england needed 30 off the last over..they got 20..man,it was close..

yesterday witnessed a real high tension roller coaster match between India and England..India won it and now the series is tied at 3-3..the final match at Lord's on saturday..cant wait for this one..old war-horses Tendulkar and Ganguly are proving to be England's nemesis match after match..but i noticed something in england's line-up in yesterday's match..they sure have guys for the 20-20 format..mascarenhas is one of them,shit he hit Yuvraj Singh for 5 consecutive sixes in the final over!
