Who was/is the best Smackdown General Manager.

Stephanie Mchmahon
Paul Heyman
Kurt Angle
Theodore Long

I think it is Paul Heyman. Really enjoyed his breif stint as a GM. He plays the perfect role of a heel GM. Really wish he could come back to be GM of ECW.

Clearly its Long.He's a good face GM and is a god talker.Really sells the whole GM thing and can perform good.....
