Very simple, looks like a simple effect on Steiner (why stiener!? 
) and a plain bg. Very interesting design behind him too. Like the text quite a bit, and the little 'logo' its in.
On a different note, Id prolly not include any actual wrestlers in the official IWF E-fed logo, as the current top star, legends etc will always be changing. Nice attempt tho.

Hah, you didnt fail. I personally just think it'd look better with no wrestlers in it, at all.
