ALLIANCE, Ohio -- Authorities say a 29-year-old Alliance man was arrested over the weekend for driving while extremely intoxicated.
Barry Landwert, 29, was taken into custody at 2:45 a.m. on October 2, 2011 after police responded to a car accident in the parking lot of 1672 Rosemont Avenue.
When police arrived they suspected Landwert of being intoxicated and he was given a blood alcohol content breath test.
According to Alliance Police Sgt. Michael Yarian, Landwert's breath test showed he had a blood alcohol content level of .330, more than four-times the legal limit of .08 in Ohio.
Alliance Police say Landwert's driver's license has been suspended while he awaits his initial court appearance.
One awesome mugshot.
