Well, see with the case of this and the black machismo thing (which I must say that Jay Lethal is freaking awesome!), neither one is really a parody of the gimmick. What I'm assuming they're parodying is the gimmick creating process. They haven't really taken any shots like the VKM-DX segments.
On a side note, I think Shark Boy should call Christian Cage a CLB in a backstage segment. That would rule.
On another side note, has anyone seen Shark Boy without a mask on? I have (I didn't know it was him at the time). He was under the name Dean Baldwin....for obvious reasons, he looks like one of the Baldwins.

that's hilarious. one of the best things of TNA are the parodies they do (Black Machismo, Shark Boy, etc.)

OK, people. This isn't to poke at WWE. The whole point of this is to parody that most of the X-Division people have all this talent but no personality. They figured maybe they could parody that while fixing it at the same time.

I really dislike parody gimmicks, the only work for a small amount of time before they become dull. I know TNA is trying to give its wrestler's character but last time I checked Sharkboy was already a character, for god sakes his name is Sharkboy.

im not actully likeing this ,i mean yeah its cool to see them try to put shark boy as a austin,which i see stoping soon,but this comes down to the fact where it will get worst this could be a sign from russo saying more of a WWE type wrestling is coming to TNA
