v2 looks better coz in v1 is more foggy which made the target image dissolve in a negative manner with the background.

That's is well deserving of a 10/10. The effect you did on Austin for v2 made me love, you have to tell me how you did that. The effects in the background made it have that attitude feel. Phenomenal job, Alhajri777!

The second one is clearly the best out of them both. Everything seems to flow well. One suggestion would be to add the second version pic in to the first one's background. The logo looks like its just pasted there and out of place.
