I havent watched it myself, but the consensus seems to be that kota kenta match was a fucking trainwreck

It was but like a good one I thought lol they did a lot of unnecessary fuckery in the first half but the second half was quite great

I'm watching the G1 Climax from today and I expected the antics fucking Yujiro a Thorn in the side of Shingo and everyone this G1 bravo to him he wasn't a push over that is what I wanna see.

Okada/Cobb HYPE A lot of times when I put on the NJPW shows from the beginning the main event is just starting so I'm really hoping that's how tomorrow's (today in Japan I guess?) show times out so I can just watch Cobb/Okada live while I eat breakfast

Not going to lie, but Ibushi winning A Block - feels wrong. It really felt like ZSJ or KENTA were going to get through, now it just feel like the idea of Ibushi featuring in four finals in a row, is all they wanted to take place. I hope that the winner of Okada/Cobb - beats Ibushi.

I have no problem with Ibushi winning, felt kinda surreal to see him becoming more like his old self with every match in the tournament and they booked him to be better each night too it felt like so it was cool. I'd have preferred Cobb over all but with Ibushi/Okada I'd want Ibushi.

It also means so much less with 3 nights of Wrestle Kingdom as we saw last year with two so I'm not too pressed about it since I know there's going to be three WK main events and the G1 winner is locked into the only one like in years past.
