The pr could be a fake to blend in since he’s preparing to have us not like his claim. A pr on top of a scummy role feels harsh for a town role, but with Odo could be.

from what i can gather Grim is joke voting me because i just got jr modded and its his way of introducing me. while i may be assuming atm, id agree with you it doesnt mean much.
