John McHenry walks into the abandoned ring the letters ACW covering the ring apron he looks out over the empty arena. “South Texas Death Ride” plays over his phone as he searches digging it out of his pocket.

John McHenry: Yeah what’s up bro? Na, haven’t talked to anyone yet saw the roster sheet though most of the guys came here too. Yeah it’s annoying company after company shutdown or gone under weeks after I get there. If this one doesn’t last it may be time to open mine back up.

John McHenry tosses the phone to his other ear to keep the sweat from building up as he starts to run the ropes.

John McHenry: Yeah I know I can’t think like that. Maybe it’s just paranoia but it’s like I’m a pawn just being moved around like I’ve got no control. How is it in Orlando? That bad, really… Maybe you should come here. I mean it’s time someone made a true alternative. Na I can’t go back their, the break up didn’t go well. She… her, her dad. They didn’t like having a guy on the roster who could match them financially.

John climbs down out of the ring, cellphone still in hand.

John McHenry: Eric Snow, I don’t know either. Never heard of the guy and like I said I’ve not meant any of the guys here yet. What are my goals? I just want to prove that at 32 years old it’s not time to retire. It seems more and more often guys are retiring younger and younger and the champs are younger and younger. So if it takes getting the title belt to prove that I still belong so be it. I don’t planning on putting some young guy over so that I can get shoved out the door.

John walks into the back looking down a deserted hallway.

John McHenry: Hey the boss is walking up to me gotta go.

OOC: Sorry it's so short, just not sure where to take it after going one direction, then another and another.

The Scene is a local gym, the camera zooms in to some one sparring in the ring at a vicious pace. A series of punches are landed, along with a superkick, and finally a backflip splash off the middle rope. The partner seems to be knocked out, as the standing competitor takes a look at the camera.

Eric Snow: Really wasn't expecting any company......and I don't know how you got past my security guard?

Snow stares at the camera with a serious look on his face, looking like he is ready to burst with anger.

Eric Snow: Nah, I'm just screwing with you, do you think I wouldn't actually have a security guard, this place is a shit hole. There's one working light and this dusty ring, and the rats do a good enough job of keeping people out. But you know what it get's the job done. I'm not here to impress I'm here to get my career back on track and that starts with getting back to basics. Don't get me wrong I love the fame the fortune, the women....especially the women, that go hand in hand with being a champion. But I had all that before and honestly it was to much to soon, and as fast as I rose.....I fell even faster.

Snow pauses for a moment as he seems to be remembering happier days for him and a zoned out look overcomes his face.

Eric Snow: Look at me I sound like a freaking Lifetime movie here, enough of the sob story bottom line is everyone will see what made me great to begin with. I'm not some over the hill centrum silver all star going for one more shot at glory, I'm in my prime and I'm only going to get better and better. The money, the fame and the women will all be back and this time I'm staying on top. I don't care who I have to beat in ACW to get what I want, bring on the best of the scrubs in the back and I promise you I will destroy them and anyone else that get's put in front of me

Snow's Training Partner appears to be getting to his feet....

Eric Snow: Hold On One Second

Snow engages his partner again and punched are once again exchanged and Snow once again knocks out his partner cold with a superkick.

Eric Snow: As you can see I'm a little busy here, but I'll leave you with a quote that everyone should live by: "Live Fast, Kick Ass and don't forget to always talk smack. That's what it takes to be THE X FACTOR"
