Today is the last day to send in your nominations for the Hall of Fame folks.

We got a very good turnout for this thing. I haven't complied who has the most points or anything yet, but it's looking like it'll be a close one as far as who sneaks into the top 10 and who misses out.

I will post the finalists tomorrow some time and we can begin the final phase of voting on our five inductees!

Our jobs aren't done yet. Now, we begin the second and final phase of deciding our inductees.

Please select your top 5 candidates from this list and order them once again in the order of who you want to see inducted most. Again, that means whoever you list first gets five points, second gets four points, and so on down the list.

The top five nominees who receive the most points will be the WS Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame Class of 2020. In the event of a tie for the fifth spot, everyone who ties for that spot will be inducted, which means the class could potentially be larger than five inductees.

Please PM me your choices. The final day to get your votes in will be April 11th. The induction ceremony will then be posted promptly afterwards.

Because have a tendency to compromise on their choices to go with what’s already winning.

Better to keep choices private because it's less likely to influence people's choices at the end, and it also builds suspense for the reveal. Which I figured was kind of obvious.

It's not necessarily that popular opinion would influence them. It's more that they can manipulate their voting to get someone they want in, instead of voting according to who they think actually deserves it the most.

People are influenced. You can see it in polls.

In the beginning choices are more varied, but once clear cut leaders pull ahead people just vote whomever has a chance of winning or voting for the second place because they don’t like the one winning.
