Because I think he's scum and with the momentum of the thread in his favour as well as your general support, him saying he lie detected my claim to be fake has a decent chance of actually getting me lynched (I know I said I wasn't getting lynched but that's one possibility that I didn't account for). Also I have reason to believe that if he gets me lynched with fake info he may find a way to portray it as someone elses fault, make of that what you will.
